2950 – MSITA completed its first major survey of the Tyrol system’s asteroid belt, securing high‐value contracts for rare mineral extraction and establishing its reputation for precision resource scouting.

2953 – Implementation of smart-automated contracts and a decentralized reputation platform allowed pilots to bid on missions seamlessly, reducing bureaucracy and increasing operational tempo.

2955 – Expansion into cargo transport: MSITA partnered with major trading firms to run nightly cargo convoys between Crusader and microtech orbital ports, optimizing route analytics and safety protocols.

2957 – Deep-space exploration initiatives commenced, with MSITA teams mapping uncharted sectors beyond Stanton. Their data feeds became a trusted source for both commercial and scientific interests.

2959 – The Alliance launched its flagship digital marketplace, enabling members to trade equipment, ship parts and expedition data directly, further solidifying MSITA’s role as a global freelancing hub.

Today – MSITA remains a casual yet committed network of independent professionals, charting new frontiers in trading, mining, transport and exploration—always guided by data, autonomy and collaboration.

Charter

MSITA Charter

The following public rules govern all members of the Mineral Survey & Interstellar Trading Alliance (MSITA). Compliance ensures a fair, safe and collaborative environment for trading, mining, transport and exploration.

Membership Eligibility
  1. Members must be in good standing within the Stanton system and hold a valid UEE pilot’s license.
  2. New recruits complete the MSITA orientation mission before gaining full access to resources.
  3. Each member maintains an active reputation score through mission feedback.

Code of Conduct
  1. Integrity First – All deals, data and reports must be honest and transparent.
  2. Respect & Professionalism – Treat fellow members, clients and NPCs with courtesy; harassment or griefing is prohibited.
  3. Confidentiality – Proprietary data, contracts and waypoint coordinates are not to be shared outside MSITA without permission.

Operations & Safety
  1. Follow UEE and Hurston Dynamics regulations during mining and transport.
  2. Adhere to MSITA route plans and convoy protocols to minimize risk.
  3. Report all incidents (piracy, accidents, anomalies) via the MSITA incident tracker within 24 hours.

Dispute Resolution
  1. Minor disputes are first addressed via peer mediation in #msita-discord.
  2. Unresolved issues escalate to the MSITA Council for final arbitration.
  3. Council decisions are binding and documented in the public Charter log.

Amendments
p. Proposals to amend this Charter require a two-thirds majority vote in the MSITA public forum and ratification by the Council.
