Microtech Security (MTSEC) was founded in 2912 as a specialized private military and corporate security provider, establishing its headquarters in the technologically advanced city of New Babbage on MicroTech. Initially serving the corporate security needs of Stanton’s growing industries, MTSEC quickly built a reputation for precision, reliability, and tactical innovation.

Over the decades, MTSEC expanded its operational capabilities to include:

* Secure Transport and Escort: safeguarding cargo and personnel. * Ship-based Assault and Boarding Operations: precision strikes and rapid interdiction. * Stealth and Covert Insertion: specialized deployments for sensitive missions.

Its elite ground strike teams have set industry standards through state-of-the-art equipment, intensive training, and flawless operational execution.

In 2955, recognizing the emerging need for dependable security amidst growing frontier threats, MTSEC established its first regional office within the Pyro system. The Pyro branch now serves as a critical logistical hub, offering secure transport and facilitating trade under challenging, often volatile conditions.

Today, under the guidance of its seasoned CEO—formerly a distinguished officer from the UEE Navy—MTSEC remains Stanton’s trusted name in professional security services, ever-ready to face the complexities and demands of the modern interstellar landscape.
