Code of Conduct

• We are neutral.
• We are anonymous to a certain degree.
• We operate in the shadows, we like the shadows.

• We have rules of engagement.
• We have rules of operation.

• We uphold our contracts, as long as they are not opposing our rules.

All members have the same rights, duties and responsibilities.

Our principle

We will not get over involved and our Org provides members a fun, casual place to play and meet people, if they choose to.

We agree upon

1. Star Citizen is a game, we play it in our free time. All members have the right to take a break and/or pursue other interests.
2. IRL comes first, never will we expect a member to prioritize the game over real-life responsibilities.
3. All members can come and go as they please.
4. The organization is not exclusive and we do not force a member to have it as their main org.
5. Members with leadership roles are volunteers, chosen by the organization. They volunteer their help and service beyond the normal members’ expectation. This does not give them more, or less, rights over other members.
6. Members have a right to their beliefs, opinions and ways of doing things, insofar these do not impact their treatment of others or harm the organization and reputation.
7. All members have the right to their privacy and to speak freely withing the organization. Swearing and banters are permitted, but harassment is not.
8. Any recording of people with voice chat, have to be with explicit consent from all parties. Excluded of this are Discord Channels flagged with “Streaming / Stream / Live” are locked down, if you join such a channel or request to be dragged into it, you consent to your voice being recorded.
9. No personal information about members will be shared by any member. Your personal information, if you have a desire to share it, will be kept private inside the organizations structures.
10. Members will not cause drama.
11. Discord has additional rules that apply. You have to agree to them upon joining Discord.
12. Violation of any rule may result in the removal from the org and Discord.

Responsibilities

1. Have fun and be helpful
2. Maintain honesty and integrity inside the org
3. Information shared inside the org (personal, people, events, connections,…) stay private at all times.
4. Treat all members of the community with respect and compassion
5. Do not engage in violations of the ToS of Star Citizen, exploiting, bug use, streamsniping or griefing.
6. Give constructive and useful feedback
7. Be a decent human being in chat, voice and forums
8. During operations and events, members must follow instructions and limit comms to the necessary parts to not obstruct the event.
