We, the members of Nebula Ventures, united in our passion for exploration, innovation, and collaboration, hereby establish this charter to govern our conduct and guide our collective endeavors in the pursuit of prosperity and discovery across the vast expanse of the cosmos.

Article I: Mission and Vision

1.1 Mission: Nebula Ventures is dedicated to pioneering the frontiers of space, fostering a spirit of camaraderie, and unlocking the boundless potential of the ‘verse through exploration, resource extraction, and collaborative enterprise.

1.2 Vision: Our vision is to become a preeminent force in the galactic community, recognized for our integrity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of the cosmos and all who inhabit it.

Article II: Core Values

Article IV: Leadership and Governance

4.1 Leadership Structure: Nebula Ventures shall be governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of elected representatives chosen from among the membership.

4.2 Decision-Making: Decisions regarding the strategic direction, policies, and initiatives of Nebula Ventures shall be made democratically, with input from all members and consideration given to the best interests of the corporation as a whole.

Article V: Operations and Activities

5.1 Core Operations: Nebula Ventures shall engage in a variety of activities, including but not limited to resource extraction, salvage operations, cargo logistics, escort services, medical aid, repair, and refueling missions.

Article VI: Amendments and Ratification

6.1 Amendments: This charter may be amended or modified by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership, provided that any changes are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Nebula Ventures.

6.2 Ratification: This charter shall come into effect upon ratification by a majority vote of the founding members of Nebula Ventures.
