History

NovaCorp was founded by a small group of independent players who shared a common frustration: progress in the verse was often locked behind resources, experience, or connections that new or solo players simply didn’t have. Rather than building another hierarchy-driven or combat-first organization, they set out to create something different—a Corporation where cooperation came before competition.

In its early days, NovaCorp operated informally. Members pooled credits, shared ships, and exchanged knowledge to help one another establish themselves in various industries. What began as a loose network of miners, traders, and explorers quickly proved effective. New recruits were able to find their footing faster, and veteran members found renewed purpose in supporting the growth of the group as a whole.

As NovaCorp expanded, structure became necessary. Industrial divisions were formalized to provide consistent funding for the Corporation, ensuring that resources could be allocated where they were most needed—often to help new members acquire their first ships and tools. Alongside this growth, NovaCorp recognized the need for protection and organization during higher-risk operations, leading to the creation of a defensive military force. This force was never intended to dominate or conquer, but to safeguard members and Corporation assets when required.

Over time, NovaCorp established designated recruiters and a centralized recruitment process, allowing the Corporation to grow steadily without losing its core identity. Despite this structure, the founding principle remained unchanged: every member is responsible for the strength, reputation, and success of NovaCorp.

Today, NovaCorp stands as a player-run Corporation built on shared effort, mutual support, and long-term growth. Its history is not defined by battles won or territory claimed, but by the community it continues to build—one member, one ship, and one shared goal at a time.

Manifesto

NovaCorp stands as a player-run Corporation founded on cooperation, trust, and collective growth. We believe that progress is strongest when it is shared, and that every member—new or veteran—has value within the Coalition.

We are not bound by rank alone, nor driven by conquest for its own sake. NovaCorp exists to create opportunity. Our members support one another through knowledge, resources, and action, ensuring that no player is left behind simply because they lack experience or equipment. When help is needed, we step forward. When guidance is asked for, we provide it.

While NovaCorp is not a military-based organization, we recognize that strength and readiness are essential. When circumstances demand it, our military force stands to protect our members, our assets, and our shared goals. Defense is not our identity, but preparedness is our responsibility.

Industry is the lifeblood of NovaCorp. Our industrial divisions fund the Corporation and enable its growth, providing the credits necessary to invest in our members. When a new player seeks a path—whether in mining, production, or trade—we work together to give them the tools to succeed. In return, we ask for integrity: resources provided by NovaCorp are to be used as intended, and repaid not through obligation, but through participation, activity, and contribution to the whole.

Recruitment is not the task of a select few alone. While designated recruiters represent NovaCorp officially, every member is an ambassador of the Corporation. Our actions, conduct, and willingness to help others define who we are and what we stand for.

NovaCorp is more than an organization—it is a commitment. A commitment to teamwork over ego, progress over stagnation, and community over isolation. Together, we build. Together, we grow. Together, we move forward.
