Organizational Structure

At its heart, Novacore and its members prefer the FPS/Combat contracts that the game has to offer. This is our main focus. However, we are aware that other players may not be as inclined, and would prefer other roles and responsibilities throughout the verse within the Org. With that said, we offer three main Divisions, each with respective subdivisions which consist of Team Leaders and veteran members. These will allow new and existing members to follow different paths, and focus on more specialised areas.

These Divisions are as follows:

I. Security Division

Fleet: Superiority in the stars. From fighter screens to capital ship manoeuvres.

Infantry: Ground-side operations, FPS security, and tactical boarding actions.

Intelligence: Data gathering, scouting, and the unseen hand that tilts the odds in our favour.

II. Industry Division

Mining: Large-scale extraction of the Verse’s most valuable resources.

Logistics: The vital link in the chain—transporting cargo and managing supply lines.

Engineering: Fleet maintenance and technical support to keep our assets at peak performance.

III. Science Division

Medical Staff: Combat medics and search-and-rescue specialists dedicated to keeping our members in the fight.

Fabrication: The art of creation and resource refinement.

Pathfinder: Deep-space reconnaissance and the discovery of new routes and jump points.

FAQs

1.) What is your stance on Multi-Org Memberships?

A. Leadership
Leadership members (Officers, Team Leaders, Founders etc) are expected to represent Novacore clearly, but flexibility still applies depending on the situation.

B. General Members
You are free to join other organizations. Novacore encourages you to play the game your way, as long as it does not negatively impact the community here.

C. Piracy
We do not focus on piracy as an organization. Members are expected to respect the tone and direction of Novacore when flying together. You’re free to do what you want solo.

2.) What style of Org are you?

We are relaxed, mil-sim, organized when needed, and focused on community.

Some members will be more active than others. Some will be hardcore, others casual. All are welcome as long as they share the same mindset.

Real life always comes first.

3.) Do you offer training?

“Training” exists, but it is not forced. We are always happy to help new players with the basics. If you want to improve at flying, combat, or specific roles, there will be people here willing to help. If you prefer to learn naturally through gameplay, that works too.

4.) Why focus on fleets and capital ships?

Because that is where Star Citizen shines.

There is nothing quite like a group of players coming together to crew ships, form fleets, and create large-scale moments. That is the experience we are building toward.

5.) What are unacceptable activities?

Anything that damages the community atmosphere.

Unnecessary drama, toxic behaviour, or actions that negatively affect other members will not be tolerated.

Are you looking for a group to control how you play, or a group to enjoy the game with?
