History
This is a new, very small mining company, with the transport capability most mining concerns contract out. We at Nebula 579 hope to achieve a safe, happy, and a productive work environment for all our members,. Our members, are treated like shareholders, Sharing in the decision making of the board meetings as well as sharing a percentage of the profit, befitting their input into our endeavors. We have a third party organization that organizes our contracts, as each mine site will have different obstacles to contend with, so different provisos will be needed to be accounted for. Pirates will be dealt with by affiliate clan security if is needed to call in for reinforcements more than our modest security forces. We are hoping to avoid down time due to these sort of miscreants. Time tables will be posted weekly on our page. This will allow that mining vessels to but utilized 24 hours a day, we will basically printing our own money for members.

1.) Be polite to each other, this is an adult business, so take the piss, but nothing personal, and nothing too over the top. Please and thank-you’s go a long way.
2.) Contracts will be sorted through a third party Organization.
3.) Everyone gets a percentage of the profits.
4.) All costs incurred during each shift are covered prior to the profit being equated. (e.g. if security personnel die, medical costs, or lose their ship, repair costs. Profit will be divided after these costs have been taken care of.)
5.) Team work is paramount, if you don’t trust the person next to you it is not going to work.
6.) All Organization members will have an equal say at the board meeting, to air grievances, or propose business transactions, and associations. Founders will have Vito powers, unless a vote is needed, then the vote will be final.
