The conduct of all NKI:NC personnel is outlined in the Command Code of Operations (CCO), a codified doctrine recognized by UEE Civil Defense and MercNet. The core statutes include:

Chain of Command Protocol (CoCP): Orders from Command Officers must be followed unless they violate interstellar law or ethical combat conduct.

Engagement Authorization Rule (EAR): Only verified threats — via scans, visual ID, or recorded aggression — may be engaged. Unwarranted attacks are grounds for court-martial.

Civilian Protection Directive (CPD): Civilian or neutral entities are protected under UEE law; any harm must be reported and justified.

Cargo Integrity Mandate (CIM): Cargo tampering, off-manifest loading, or re-routes without Command approval are considered treasonous acts.
