Q: How does your structure work?
A: “Authority Through Structure” – @Freelancer [Legatus]. All orders go through the top brass, no action is taken other than what is written in our combat etiquette. When you are out in the verse, you represent NORIC. Not only yourself, an organization stands behind you.
Q: What is your policy on inactivity?
A: Our number one priority is to prioritize real life. Many of us in NORIC are about to start a family, family members, or ex veterans. Some of us are working on getting their career up and running whilst others are in university. We want you to succeed. Come hang out with us in your down time. Be apart of the megacorp. Become a number.
Q: How do I join NORIC?
A: You may join through our discord server, and then send in an application if interested in joining the organization immediately. Please do put if you’re an affiliate or a recruit.
Q: I don’t know how you guys function can I get a preview of how you work?
A: Sure! As a smaller organization with an interest in preserving our community we have declared our organization’s main hub on discord linked above. We also have a trial recruit role that allows you to experience how it is to be a recruit with us for a 2 week period. Income and all will be applied to you except for our uniform. That is something you get when you decide whether you wish to join us officially!
Q: Do we have a tutorial of some sorts?
A: We have a work in progress youtube playlist for the different degrees of gameplay in SC, they will be based on the EPOCH, so if apex valakkar does not function in 4.8.2 we cannot display the tutorial. We are also additionally working on a Training pamphlet exclusively for recruits who are new to the game or are coming into the game as an old player from ages ago.
Q: What is the focus of NORIC?
A: That is a wide one, NORIC represents the acronym for ; Networking, operations, Resources, Industries, Combat. We focus on all walks of life, also why we have divisions for them.
Q: How do I best interact with the community or get in touch with other players in our organization?
A: Our events are a main focal point for community interactions, typically after an event players either head offline for sleep or other continue playing in general chat! Other than events we also have unofficial group meetups sometimes happening in voice, we also utilize a system called crew, allows you to find a group to kick it with, simply ping “@Crew Looking to run a crew with operators extracting ore from Rockbreaker sites, I’m looking to interact with the rest of NORIC that i’m missing out on!, Nice to meet you my name’s Crimson” . Otherwise you will also have the general voice and text chats to interact with others in.
Q: How do i get a uniform?
A: Simply put NORIC as your main organization when your application gets accepted, uniforms are divvied out to all primary members of NORIC. When you have done so either the Imperator or one of the Legatuses will reach out, if we haven’t then please reach out to us through our Modmail system!
Q: In regards to income, what do I get as a recruit?
A: Not only do you get a income for participation on our events proportional to our finances at the progression of the patch, a lovely community that is active nearly every single day, but also a uniform that upgrades with the rank that you are. If the game improves the way armor and cosmetic is it will change down the line :p.
