History

In 2895, two cousins began working together providing protection for a few of their friends as they traveled the galaxy. The two then realized how much further they could develop their enterprise, and Nova’Mar was officially founded. In its early years developing Nova’Mar would be solely operated by the two cousins as a protection service, but has since grown to incorporate various industrial services as well as continuing their top-notch VIP Protection services.

Manifesto

At Nova’Mar Inc. our goal is to provide a level of service that can’t be found anywhere else in the galaxy. We offer various industrial services such as Mining, Hauling and Salvage, as well as protection services such as VIP Escort, Contract Bounties and Protection Services, both in space and planetside.

Charter

SECTION 3.3.1: Intercompany Relations

All members of Nova’ mar are to treat other employees of this company with the utmost respect and professionalism at all times. Disrespect will not be tolerated.
If you are being bothered by another employee file a complaint with the Admiral.

Chapter 4: Responsibility
SECTION 3.4.1: Ship Maintenance
All Pilots should keep their ships in good shape and do regular maintenance to prevent weakness if attacked and represent quality service.

Chapter 5: Influence
SECTION 3.5.1: Drugs and Alcohol
While docked or home, employees may, in their own personal time, consume alcoholic beverages. No employees may consume alcohol, drugs or be under the influence an alcoholic beverage or drugs whilst working.

Chapter 7: Restricted Information
SECTION 3.6.1: Releasing Company Information
No employee of the Nova’ mar may release any information to the public or other companies unless they are acting as a representative of the Nova’ mar Security , with approved released. Information about operations planned or tactics used in said operations are to be kept strictly within the company. If any employee is found breaking this policy, they may be terminated for leaking personal and classified information.
