Welcome to Nova Offworld Collective.

NovaOC is a cooperative Star Citizen organization with Scandinavian roots and an international outlook. We operate primarily in English and focus on teamwork, structure, and respect for real-life commitments across all roles.

History

Nova Offworld Collective was founded on a simple realization:
the future of operations in Stanton and beyond is not shaped by individuals alone, but by coordinated groups with shared direction and trust.

The organization began as a collaboration between pilots, operators, and specialists from different backgrounds, united by a common approach — professionalism, respect, and the desire to build something that works in practice. Not as a rigid hierarchy, but as a collective where responsibility is shared and earned.

From its inception, Nova Offworld Collective was designed with flexibility in mind. Members operate across disciplines such as combat, cargo, mining, and exploration, adapting to operational needs, individual expertise, and evolving circumstances. The organization is built to function in a universe defined by constant change — strategic, technological, and logistical.

While ambition drives the Collective forward, community remains at its core.
Nova Offworld Collective exists not only for profit or success, but for cooperation, shared experiences, and the trust that forms when people build and fly together.

Looking ahead, the Collective is focused on expansion, opportunity, and discovery — always forward, toward new systems and new horizons.

Manifesto

Nova Offworld Collective is built on cooperation, respect, and shared responsibility.
We believe strong organizations are not defined by ranks or authority, but by trust, communication, and people who take ownership of what they commit to.

We value honesty and openness.
Clear communication — especially when things don’t go as planned — is essential to maintaining a healthy and sustainable community. Responsibility is not about control, but about respect for each other’s time and effort.

Structure exists to support collaboration, not to restrict it.
Every role matters, whether strategic, operational, or supportive, and no task is too small to contribute to the success of the Collective.

While we aim for professionalism and coordination, we never forget that Star Citizen is a game. Real life always comes first. We play because we enjoy the experience, the teamwork, and the sense of building something together.

Nova Offworld Collective is a place for those who want to grow, contribute, and fly with purpose — without ego, pressure, or unnecessary hierarchy.

We move forward together. We build together. And we always look beyond the next horizon.

Charter

Nova Offworld Collective operates with a clear but flexible organizational structure designed to support coordination, accountability, and collaboration.

The organization is led by a Board of Directors, responsible for overall direction, strategic decisions, and long-term development. The Board operates as a collaborative leadership body and exists to support, not dominate, the organization.

Operational activities are handled through Divisions, each led by a Division Manager. Divisions represent core areas of focus such as combat, cargo, mining, exploration, support, and security. Managers are responsible for planning, coordination, and member engagement within their respective areas.

Team Leaders and Special Officers support day-to-day operations, events, and specialized functions. These roles may operate within a division or across multiple divisions, depending on organizational needs.

Authority within Nova Offworld Collective is delegated based on responsibility and trust. Decisions are made at the lowest appropriate level, and communication is expected to flow openly between leadership and members.

Membership in the Collective is voluntary and based on mutual respect. Real life always comes first, but members are expected to communicate openly when commitments cannot be met.

The structure of Nova Offworld Collective exists to provide direction — not control — and may evolve over time as the organization grows and adapts.
