Our Principles

The NSPA does not own any property. All assets are owned by our members or their families.
We act solely on behalf of our members or under contracts negotiated with external parties.

Fair Negotiation
All contracts involving the NSPA are agreed upon by both parties before execution, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Commitment to the UEE
We uphold the laws of the United Empire of Earth (UEE).
Our members comply with taxation and regulations, ensuring support for government services.
In return, we expect the UEE government to protect our members’ rights and ensure freedom for their businesses.

CHARTER

The NaviStar Protection Agency (NSPA) is governed by principles that ensure professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. These guidelines form the foundation of our operations and define our commitment to our clients and members.

Articles of the Charter

• The NSPA exists to provide unparalleled private contracting services across the Stanton System and beyond. We are dedicated to protecting merchant shipping, securing critical assets, and ensuring the safety of our clients.

Article II: Membership

• Members of the NSPA must abide by the following:
• Uphold the values of professionalism and integrity.
• Demonstrate loyalty to the organization and its objectives.
• Commit to safeguarding the Stanton System and its inhabitants.
• All ranks, from Cosmic Aspirant to Nova Archon, are expected to contribute to the NSPA’s success in their respective capacities.

Article III: Leadership

• Leadership roles (Voidkeeper, Pathfinder Liaison, Cosmic Herald, etc.) are entrusted to individuals who exemplify:
• Strategic vision.
• The ability to unite and inspire members.
• A commitment to transparency and fairness in all decisions.

• Our mercenary operations are guided by strict principles:
• Contracts must align with the values and goals of the NSPA.

• Disputes and violations are to be resolved through fair negotiations.
