NULLSIGHT’s story begins not in the stars, but in the halls of Rochester Institute of Technology in 2021.
A small group of students and tech enthusiasts connected over a shared passion: building cool technologies and software that pushed boundaries and solved real problems. We spent countless hours collaborating on projects, experimenting with new frameworks, debugging code late into the night, and sharing the thrill of seeing our creations come to life.
Our Purpose
We are NULLSIGHT—explorers, builders, and opportunists operating in the spaces others ignore. We exist to pool our resources, leverage our collective strengths, and create value where none existed before.
Our Principles

Article I: Organization Structure
1.1 Name The organization shall be known as NULLSIGHT.
1.2 Type NULLSIGHT is an independent, member-owned collective focused on resource pooling, cooperative ventures, and frontier operations.
1.3 Size and Scale NULLSIGHT intentionally maintains a small, agile membership to ensure coordination, trust, and meaningful participation by all members.
Article II: Membership
2.1 Membership Criteria
Commitment to contribute resources, time, or expertise to collective operations
Alignment with NULLSIGHT’s principles and vision
Willingness to collaborate and support fellow members
Self-sufficiency and reliability in independent operations
2.2 Member Rights
Equal voice in organizational decisions
Fair share in collective profits and discoveries
Access to pooled resources and support
Participation in all operations and ventures
2.3 Member Responsibilities
Contribute to collective resources and operations
Support fellow members when called upon
Uphold NULLSIGHT’s reputation through professional conduct
Participate actively in organizational activities
Article III: Operations
3.1 Scope of Activities NULLSIGHT engages in diverse operations including but not limited to:
Exploration and mapping of uncharted space
Resource extraction and processing
Trading and logistics
Salvage and recovery operations
Construction and development projects
Security and escort services (defensive focus)
3.2 Resource Pooling Members contribute resources to a collective pool that funds joint operations. Profits from collective ventures are distributed fairly among participants.
3.3 Independent Operations Members retain the right to conduct independent operations. NULLSIGHT supports member independence while encouraging collaboration.
Article IV: Decision Making
4.1 Consensus Model Major decisions affecting NULLSIGHT’s direction are made through member consensus. All voices carry equal weight.
4.2 Operational Decisions Day-to-day operational decisions are made by mission leaders or relevant coordinators, with deference to expertise and experience.
4.3 Conflict Resolution Disputes are resolved through open discussion and mediation by uninvolved members. The collective’s interests take precedence over individual grievances.
Article V: Code of Conduct
5.1 Professional Standards Members represent NULLSIGHT in all interactions. Professional, respectful conduct is expected at all times.
5.2 Loyalty and Trust Members do not act against NULLSIGHT’s interests or compromise fellow members. Trust is the foundation of our collective.
5.3 Transparency Members communicate openly about operations, resources, and challenges affecting the organization.
Article VI: Growth and Evolution
6.1 Recruitment New members are carefully selected based on compatibility, skills, and commitment to NULLSIGHT’s mission.
6.2 Adaptation This Charter is a living document. As NULLSIGHT grows and the universe changes, we adapt our structure and policies accordingly.
6.3 Long-term Vision NULLSIGHT aims to establish permanent infrastructure, claim territory, and build lasting value in frontier space while maintaining our core principles.
