The Verse is a chaotic, unforgiving frontier caught between the stifling bureaucracy of the UEE and the reckless anarchy of outlaw factions. NXSH exists to forge a third path: a private collective of highly disciplined, independent professionals dedicated to navigating the lucrative gray areas of the system. We walk the fine line of aggressive capitalism, maximizing our wealth and influence without ever crossing into the unprofitable chaos of reckless criminality.

By mobilizing under the Nexus Syndicate Holdings (NXSH) banner, all independent contractors, pilots, and crew members enter into a binding agreement to uphold the following operational parameters. NXSH relies on the discretion and professionalism of its contractors. Violation of these core tenets severely compromises the Syndicate’s assets and reputation, and will result in immediate contract termination, forfeiture of pending payouts, and permanent blacklisting from future operations.

ARTICLE I: JURISPRUDENCE & LAW ENFORCEMENT

NXSH operates within the grey areas of the verse, but we draw a hard line at actions that bring undue heat upon the Syndicate.

  • Section A: Zero-Tolerance for Narcotics
    We are a logistics and security syndicate; we move unverified freight, not illicit drugs. The smuggling, distribution, or manufacturing of highly illegal narcotics (e.g., SLAM, WiDoW, Neon) is strictly prohibited. If it draws the attention of the Advocacy, it does not go in our cargo bays.
  • Section B: Anti-Piracy & Criminal Associations
    NXSH does not engage in piracy, extortion, or unprovoked aggression against lawful citizens or legitimate orgs. Furthermore, we do not aid recognized criminals, and we absolutely do not participate in or facilitate Klescher Rehabilitation Facility prison breakouts. Keep your CrimeStat clear.
  • Section C: UEE & Local Security Relations
    All contractors will maintain peaceful, compliant contact with United Empire of Earth (UEE) authorities, the Advocacy, and local planetary security forces. Submission to routine cargo scans is mandatory. Firing upon the UEE or authorized security personnel is grounds for immediate expulsion and bounty placement.
