I. Purpose & Identity

Gemini is an independent collective specializing in smuggling, cargo transport, security, and any venture that generates a fist full of credits. Publicly, we operate within the law; privately, we engage in activities that maximize our advantage—regardless of legality. We work by a shared purpose, not defined by rank or title.

II. Governance & Membership

Equal Voting – All major decisions are determined by a majority vote. No single member holds absolute authority.

Mandatory Contributions – Fifteen percent (15%) of all earnings are contributed to Gemini’s collective fund, ensuring resources for future operations.

Operational Discretion – All discussions, activities, and dealings within Gemini must remain confidential and not be disclosed to outsiders.

Loyalty & Integrity – Internal betrayal or dishonesty will not be tolerated and will be met with swift, decisive consequences.

Primary Operations

Disruptive Behavior – Any actions that undermine Gemini’s operations or cause internal conflict must be corrected immediately by the responsible member.

Compromising the Organization – Any individual who jeopardizes Gemini’s security, interests, or reputation will face permanent removal.

Breaking Secrecy – Leaking internal information or discussing Gemini’s activities with outsiders will result in immediate expulsion and potential further consequences.

Insubordination – Failure to adhere to decisions made by the crew or a majority vote will result in warnings, followed by penalties for repeated offenses.
