Our History

Oasis Contracting Company was founded during a period of growing instability throughout the ‘verse. As conflict, political tension, and competing corporate interests stretched resources thin, a familiar problem began appearing everywhere: people needed work done, and nobody was willing, or able to do it.

Essential supplies sat undelivered. Valuable cargo was stranded in transit. Recovery operations went unanswered. Independent pilots struggled to find reliable support, while larger organizations often found themselves buried beneath bureaucracy, delays, and endless chains of command.

For many, the issue wasn’t a lack of capability, it was a lack of flexibility.

Frustrated by the inefficiency he saw across the verse, the founder of OCC set out with a simple idea: create a company built around solutions, not limitations.

No unnecessary politics. No corporate red tape. No rigid doctrine dictating what jobs were worth taking.

Just one contractor willing to take on the jobs others ignored.

What began as a lone freelancer handling procurement requests, hauling contracts, and recovery jobs gradually evolved into something bigger. Each completed contract built a reputation. Each satisfied client opened new opportunities. Before long, Oasis Contracting Company became more than a name, it became a promise.

A promise that every contract would be considered. That every client would be heard out. And that no job would be dismissed simply because it fell outside someone else’s comfort zone.

Today, OCC continues to grow, bringing together pilots, industrialists, salvagers, security specialists, and problem-solvers under the same banner. While the company may have expanded beyond its humble beginnings, its mission remains unchanged.

Some jobs are routine. Some are risky. Some fall into the gray areas others prefer to avoid.

But the goal remains the same as it was on day one:

Oasis Contracting Company is a freelance contracting network operating across the ‘verse. We take on procurement, logistics, manufacturing, recovery, salvage, escort, and custom contracts for individuals, corporations, and organizations alike.

We’re not tied to a single profession, trade, or playstyle. Our members are haulers, industrialists, salvagers, pilots, security specialists, and explorers who come together to solve problems and complete contracts. Whether you’re looking for a long-term home or simply a crew to work alongside, there’s a place for you here.

Need equipment sourced? Cargo moved? Assets recovered? Materials manufactured? A convoy escorted? We’ll hear you out.

At OCC, we believe reputation is earned through action. We value competence, initiative, and reliability above titles and rank. Our members are encouraged to carve their own path, develop their own specialties, and contribute in whatever way they do best.
