Oni Inc. was founded by disenfranchised former PMC members, as a haven for freelancers of all types. Although official ranks are recognized within the organization, no matter what someone’s rank they receive an equal vote in all matters tabled for decision when it comes to operations that effect the whole of the organization. Aside from that each member is entitled and encouraged to further their own individual career or reputation as they see fit, be that within or outside the bounds of recognized law. Cooperation between members of the organization is highly encouraged, but no single member is ever required to serve any role or pay any due, whatsoever, to the organization.

Please keep all communications with other members of the organization civil and respectful. Inner-org harassment or mistreatment of others will not be tolerated. Violators will be ejected from the organization with extreme prejudice.
