Orbital Command, a visionary organization, was conceived with the audacious ambition of establishing economic supremacy in outer space. In its early days, Orbital Command heavily invested in cutting-edge space technology, focusing on the development of space travel and transportation. Initial endeavors involved establishing orbital stations and mining bases on asteroids and moons, which laid the groundwork for its expansive vision. The organization swiftly established alliances, both with terrestrial governments and other space agencies, forging a galactic trade alliance that set the stage for a burgeoning interstellar economy.
With the establishment of trade routes through advanced space freighters and the securing of resource-rich celestial bodies, Orbital Command expanded its market influence exponentially. It was instrumental in the creation of the Galactic Market, characterized by a unified currency for interstellar trade, regulatory governance, and a cultural exchange that incorporated not only human cultures but also the speculative incorporation of extraterrestrial civilizations. The members of Orbital Command reaped immense benefits through a hierarchical structure that provided economic incentives and skill development programs, empowering them to reign supreme in the galactic markets. However, the organization faced ethical dilemmas regarding colonization, resource extraction, and monopolistic tendencies. Behind the economic façade of Orbital Command, a clandestine military wing, known only to the highest echelons of the organization, operated in utmost secrecy. Codenamed “Spectres’ otherwise known as Special Tactics and Reconnaissance” this covert division was tasked with safeguarding Orbital Command’s interests in the harsh expanse of space. Spectres have long been involved in interspecies first contact situations with advanced coordination and by direct request of the UEE Navy after an instrumental breakthrough saving Xi’an human relations after being involved with the Pallas incident. Equipped with cutting-edge weaponry and cloaking technology, the Starshield fleet ensured the security of trade routes, mining bases, and other critical assets. Beyond mere protection, Spectres was also believed to engage in clandestine operations aimed at thwarting competitors and ensuring the monopoly of Orbital Command. Rumored to have developed an array of advanced technologies through backchannel coordination with the Banu for otherwise inaccessible Xi’an technology, including autonomous drones and even experimental faster-than-light propulsion, Starshield stood as the hidden blade of Orbital Command, ready to assert dominance not just economically, but militarily, over the galactic frontier. This knowledge was kept under layers of secrecy and only a handful of top-ranking members within Orbital Command were privy to the existence and the full extent of Spectres’s capabilities.

Below are the rules and guidelines that all members shall abide by:
Respect and Decorum: Always maintain a respectful demeanor toward fellow members, Star Citizen players, and NPCs. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or negativity will not be tolerated.
Operational Security: Refrain from sharing sensitive information regarding Orbital Command’s internal affairs, strategies, or the Starshield division with non-members or on public platforms.
Adherence to UEE Laws: Abide by the laws and regulations of the United Empire of Earth (UEE) within the Star Citizen Universe. Engaging in piracy, unprovoked aggression, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden.
Active Participation: Engage actively in organization activities, missions, and events. Your participation not only contributes to the success of Orbital Command but also fosters a sense of camaraderie among members.
Constructive Feedback and Communication: Maintain open lines of communication and provide constructive feedback. This includes acknowledging Star Citizen’s legendary “features-in-progress” – those delightful server issues, delays, and bugs, which we lovingly embrace as part of the charm. Remember, some bugs are just surprise features!
