We, the members of the Orion Collective, united under the noble banner of the Orion Conglomerate and guided by the visionary leadership of Chirito Luki, hereby establish this Charter as the enduring foundation of our alliance. Born from a shared dream of prosperity and discovery, the Orion Collective is a coalition of guilds—dedicated to cargo hauling, mining, exploration, trading, military defense, and the creation of thriving outposts—committed to forging a luminous future among the stars.

This Charter outlines our purpose, governance, rights, responsibilities, and the path to a harmonious and powerful alliance.

Article I: Purpose and Principles

The Orion Collective exists to:

Unite diverse guilds in a collaborative pursuit of economic growth, territorial expansion, and interstellar influence through cargo hauling, mining, exploration, trading, military operations, and outpost development.
Cultivate a nurturing community where novices find mentorship, veterans share wisdom, and all members innovate to overcome challenges.
Pursue excellence with humility, fostering respect, ethical conduct, and a spirit of mutual support across our ranks.

Core Principles:

Article II: Structure and Governance

The Orion Collective is a noble confederation of guilds under the Orion Conglomerate, led by Chirito Luki as Supreme Coordinator, whose wisdom steers our destiny.

Section 2.1: Leadership Roles

Grand Sovereign (Chirito Luki): The supreme commander and CEO, overseeing strategic direction, resolving high-stakes disputes, and representing the Collective externally, responsible for setting long-term goals, mediating disputes, and representing the Collective in interstellar councils. Appointed for life or until voluntary step-down, with succession determined by a unanimous vote of Guild Leaders. Holds final authority in emergencies.
Guild Leaders: One per guild, elected by guild members every six months based on leadership and contribution. They oversee daily operations, manage resources, and report to the Supreme Coordinator, serving as the backbone of our alliance.
Council of Guilds: Comprising all Guild Leaders, this assembly meets quarterly to strategize, vote on major initiatives (e.g., new outposts, trade routes), and propose Charter amendments. Decisions require a simple majority, with unanimity for constitutional changes.

Section 2.2: Guild Divisions and Responsibilities

Honor the Charter and contribute actively (minimum 4 hours/month or equivalent effort).
Uphold the Collective’s reputation with integrity in all interactions.
Report potential threats or breaches to guild leadership promptly.

Article IV: Rules and Conduct

All members are bound by a code of honor to maintain our alliance’s strength:
Respect: Zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or hostility; violations lead to warnings, suspension, or expulsion.
Confidentiality: Safeguard internal plans, trade secrets, and personal data.
Activity: Members absent 90 days without notice enter reserve status.
Conflicts: Resolved through Council mediation, with appeals to the Supreme Coordinator.
External Relations: Alliances or conflicts require Council consent; unauthorized actions are prohibited.
Enforcement involves a neutral review panel, with penalties scaled to the offense’s gravity.

Article V: Amendments and Ratification
This Charter may be amended by a two-thirds Council vote, ratified by the Supreme Coordinator. Annual reviews ensure it evolves with our mission.
