We, the members of the Industrial Star Citizen Organization, are dedicated to building a thriving community of like-minded individuals united by our passion for exploration, industry, and camaraderie. Our organization is founded on principles of inclusivity, mutual support, and a commitment to excellence in all our endeavors.

Our Commitments:

Regular Events: We understand the importance of community engagement and activity. Therefore, we host at least two events every week. Additionally, our members are empowered to host their own events if interested, fostering creativity and diversity within our community.

Drama-Free Experience: We are committed to providing a drama-free environment where members can focus on enjoying the game without distractions. Toxic behavior, conflicts, and drama have no place within our organization. We encourage open communication, mutual respect, and a spirit of cooperation in all interactions.

Thriving Community: As our organization continues to expand, we remain committed to fostering a close-knit environment where every member is valued and recognized. Moreover, we are dedicated to continual expansion to enhance our competitiveness as the crew requirements for the game evolve.

Casual Player Friendly: We firmly believe that real-life commitments take precedence over gaming. As such, we welcome casual players with open arms. There are no playtime requirements or obligations to maintain membership. We understand and respect that life’s demands vary for each individual.

Continuous Improvement: We are committed to helping our members grow and thrive within the game. We regularly organize training and practice events to refine our skills and explore optimal strategies for in-game activities. Our collective knowledge, garnered from years of experience, is freely shared among members, covering ship loadouts, technical assistance, and more.

Extensive Fleet Support: With a diverse and extensive fleet of pledged ships at our disposal, we ensure seamless operations even in the face of resets or wipes. This not only enables us to maintain our activities without disruption but also provides an invaluable opportunity for prospective ship buyers to test out various vessels before making a commitment.

In addition to our commitments, we uphold certain rules that contribute to the positive and inclusive atmosphere within our organization. These rules are designed to ensure that every member feels respected, valued, and safe within our community. By abiding by these rules, we create an environment where everyone can thrive and enjoy the Star Citizen experience to the fullest.

Our Rules:

1. We maintain a strict policy against any form of harassment, sexism, racism, or hate speech, including incidents of blackmailing and doxxing.

2. Steer clear of content that is age-restricted or explicit, including text, images, or links portraying nudity, sexual content, or extreme violence.

3. Recognize that this is a gaming community; therefore, discussions about religion or politics should be reserved for other platforms.

4. During events, our aim is to ensure open communication and socialization. However, if situations arise, prioritize sharing crucial information, and active participation requires active listening.
