Recruitment and Membership

Eligibility: All members of XIV must demonstrate combat skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the gray areas of warfare. All recruits are vetted to ensure group cohesion. We are an adult 18+ org.
Code of Conduct: All members are expected to adhere to the Org Rules & Code of Conduct outlined in detail within our Discord. Any violation of the Rules or Code of Conduct may result in immediate expulsion or termination. All members who join must have or be in the process of getting a Mic.
Initiation: Upon recruitment, new members undergo a period of evaluation and training, where they are introduced to the organization’s operations and philosophies. This phase ensures that they understand the nature of the work and the boundaries they must operate within.
