History

O.S.S
Was formerly well known in the vega system as a reliable go-to corporation
We were also one of the early investors in the Vega II initiative to have a system wide growth. Which permitted us to grow, learn and adapt.
The Corporate aspect of O.S.S provided technical solutions and support to the system as a whole. O.S.S was with its well formed solutions in orbital technology and techniques along with its “Memento Mori” privatized squadrons and “Rain Sniffers” mercenary marines with a somewhat peculiar tactics in ship to ship combat and ground combat deemed a very adaptable corporate force in Vega II until the Vanduul System wide ransacking and destruction of private and corporate property and loss of civilian lives to the extreme

Alas after the Vanduul ransacked the system, our corporate form has been crippled as our Corporation partook in the deafening defeat the vanduul put UEE through, as such we are looking for new and old from the Vega disaster, those that can look at things from the bright side, tactically clear-headed, team oriented.
In Hindsight, we realize our Orbital solution wasn’t optimal for a threat like the vanduul.
Which we will now rectify with our Zeta Initiative!

Goals
Main Goals- Are keeping a large security force, have systems of operation, manufacture and cater to business principles: as well as contracted citizens for various tasks, on that subject we will have dedicated citizens and pilots tending to Security requirements may it be for the regular Lone pilot, our own operations and our allies.
Secondary Goal- Is to welcome potential applicants to discover their own path within O.S.S to make us their home, a safety net of trust and security. A Place to define as home away from home. Through this process we expect to garner wealth,friends and foes alike to call our own and achieve acknowledgement throughout the known verse. Expansion is inevitable and O.S.S Will grab it by the pulsars and ride it like a Idris in submission. With that said, we welcome visionaries and free spirited pilots to take up our mantle and without hesitation put forward ideas, suggestions for consideration and secure implementation upon validation.
Tertiary Goal is to maintain, persist and achieve a legacy where We all Can proudly proclaim, I AM Proud to be O.S.S and through it garner a personal victory.
Our goals may seem grandiose, but our persistency is definitely grandiose in nature.
We expect the road to be hazardous, but that O.S.S will overcome the challenges with strokes of genius through our hardworking members that strive to reach the goldilock Zone, that golden road so many pilots merely whisper about.
Our determination will be definable,clear, and quantifiable through proper vetting and qualification based ranking system devised by our leadership structure

5: O.S.S expects its pilots and Officers to be well versed in their chosen career and or operations set in motion

6: Have comprehensive English both spoken and written (Important for communication)Teamspeak is Mandatory when engaged in corporate business.
7:Rage Quitting is unacceptable and is a dismissable offense, a bounty will be placed on your head for abandoning your duties.
8:Theft of Corporate property for self gain will lead to dismissal, manhunt and a bounty on your head.
9:Harassment,flaming,vulgar and or racist speech of any sort will not be tolerated
Internal jokes are acceptable
Taunting our enemies is acceptable
But keep it respectable
