Palindrome.Social is first and foremost a social organization, dedicated to furthering the goals of our members. Whether those goals are purely social in nature or connecting with others to pursue your dreams of owning the universe’s foremost mining corp, we are here to support you. As such, we are organized in a way to support this mission.

We do not require any activity from our lay membership. You may do as little or as much as you wish. However, we do have dedicated positions for event and organization business. We have three divisions within the business operations of Palindrome.Social: Operations, Events, and Security. If you are interested in helping to further the mission of Palindrome.Social, we have room for you!

We focus on community and togetherness. Our aim is to make the universe a less lonely place by connecting friends with the resources they need to succeed.

Organization

We have a loose organizational structure. Our structure exists to further the goals of Palindrome.Social as a private membership social club, and is intended to be a rather flat heirarchy. As such, we have few dedicated Roles and Ranks, with the majority of membership being geared toward social membership.

Roles

Founder: Full administrative access to the organization. Currently, this is a single person.
Officer: Members tasked with the responsibility with the daily operations of the Organization.
Branding: Members interested in our external marketing of both Palindrome.Social and any events.
Recruitment: Members focused on accepting in new prospective membership.

Ranks

Operational Ranks

President: The head of Palindrome.Social
Division Head: The head of each division within the business structure of the organization.
Division Staff: People hired into staff positions within a division.

Social Ranks

VIP: Exclusive members of the organization. These generally are the people who have been with us the longest, and patrons of the organization.
Full Member: Members who have been accepted into the social club after their provisional membership time has completed. Allowed to attend all events, both private and public.
Provisional Member: New invitees. Allowed to attend public events and Provisional-specific private events.

Divisions

Operations

Operations is the general business operational branch of Palindrome.Social. This includes the day-to-day operation of the club, recruitment, financial aspects, etc.

Events

Events is the event planning and hosting branch. If you enjoy hosting parties, planning outings, and being a visible point of contact at events, we are happy to welcome your help.

Security

Security involves protecting our membership during any sanctioned event. Whether that event is a party, a race, or an auction, everyone should feel safe.
