Sharing profits doesn’t mean that you will have to share with Paladin Aerospace by default. The spoils of group play will remain in your control, with sharing being at your own discretion.

At Paladin Aerospace we look to the stars and the vastness of unexplored space.

Paladin Aerospace Covid 19 Safety Message
Stop the spread! Stay 1.5 metres away from others, wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, avoid touching your face and if sick, stay home.
All travellers returning from Stanton Planets and Moons will be quarantined in a Hab Unit or designated facility for 14 days. Any pilots that are unfortunate enough to be in Lorville will be aware that a mutated Covid virus has rendered the tram system useless.
This social distancing and restrictions will take effect from 11.59pm Saturday 28 March.2950, or until notice of Patch 3.9 drops.
Grey nomads and other interstellar travellers should return to and stay at home. For specific details on border and QT restrictions see post it notes on Big Benny machines.

Our goal is to not only just to fly and crew the ships, but build a large network of people who all want to achieve the same goal. Success and that goal usually comes in the form of wealth.
We seek to acquire as much in game currency as possible, and share that wealth to build a strong organization. We are a team, and everyone shall be rewarded, regardless of task. A ship engineer or gunner may not always be a rewarding profession, but it is extremely important. All people and the job they prefer to do is important.

Leadership
Leaders are people who are already contributing and are recognized for their actions.
Leaderships positions are not just handed out they are in recognition of continued and ongoing commitments and efforts within Paladin Aerospace.
Leaders are here to support, help direct and take ownership of their actions.
Every member can do and become all that they can be.
Members can organise mission briefs and negotiate rates of shared UEC for their parts.
All members should be treated equally.
If you are to lead, do it by deed and example.

The Structure of Command
Recognizing that Star Citizen is a Work in Progress and our command structure should be malleable to fit the needs of future changes within the structure of Paladin Aerospace and the ongoing and ever-changing worlds of Star Citizen.
