Manifesto
We at P&R Industries are a group of freelance pilots that will handle any form of contract work whether it is military, industrial, transportation, exploration, scouting, protection, or escort. We have no particular feelings towards any group or people and will take offers from anyone that will request us. We strive for professional efficiency above all else.
Charter
We at P&R Industries may be freelance pilots for hire but this does not mean we have no rules. Pilots of P&R Industries are held to a code of conduct and set of
ROE’s that keep our interactions with our employers and bystanders always leaving a good impression.
- Keep it professional with outsiders
- Represent the company in a positive light at all times.
ROE (Rules Of Engagement)
As a representative of P&R Industries you are the face of our company and set the expectation for outsiders therefore you can not just go weapons hot whenever you so desire. You will always try to minimize collateral damage and expenditure of ammunition and company resources.
Times at which weapons hot is authorized
- If you or another member of the company is fired upon…. shoot to kill .
- If you are on an escort mission and your protection target is fired upon…. shoot to kill.
- If you are on a territory protection mission or are guarding company territory and you have given a verbal warning that they are entering restricted territory yet they do not turn around…. shoot to kill.
- If a civilian or mercantile vessel is under attack from pirate or other unruly elements you will call for assistance and move to assist the vessel and escort them to a safer location (you are not asked to assist military vessels if you do not wish to. That will fall to your discretion) and as for the pirates…. shoot to kill.
- If you come across any bounty targets you will engage and bring a portion of profits back to the company
- Any other exceptions or specifications given in your mission briefing.
Codes of Conduct
As for codes of conduct we are more lenient then our
ROE’s but there are a select few rules governing this.
- No profane or XXX language or imagery will be placed on company property or used in the general chat.
- Be respectful to employers. A happy customer is a repeat customer.
- Treat fellow members with respect but by no means step on eggshells.
- Follow and obey the rank system and those appointed above you.
- All contracts must be registered through the company and documented
