History
Paragon Services (ParaServe) was founded in 2710 just before its first encounter with the United Earth Empire, by two ambitious entrepreneurs, Knox Dough and Jehtro Vitz. The two men had a shared dream of creating a company that could provide quality services to those in need throughout the galaxy. They started small, using their personal funds to purchase a single ship, which they used to offer cargo hauling and transportation services to those in their local sector. While escorting a convoy, the ParaServe team was attacked by a formidable pirate force. The team activated an emergency locator beacon and a counter-response team was dispatched. However, they were overwhelmed by the pirates’ strong numbers, advanced equipment, and powerful ships. Before the battle could escalate further, a UEE Idris arrived through a Quantum Tunnel and eradicated the pirates. The UEE recognized ParaServe’s valiant efforts in battle, and this encounter led to a strong alliance between Paragon Services and the UEE. The organization has since provided successful solutions for the UEE Navy and other clients.
Paragon Services is a freelance, contract-based organization that provides a variety of services, including; resource and personnel transport, security, bounty hunting, medical, engineering, exploration, investigations, and trading. Over the years, ParaServe has become known for its versatility and reliable business model when it comes to delivering on its client’s wants and needs. Despite their neutral stance, Paragon Services has encountered conflicts with gangs, pirate factions, and hostile nations, but they have always defended their clients without issue.
Paragon Services is an independent organization owned by a group of tight-knit families that has been operating for hundreds of years. Although they have been accused of smuggling illegal narcotics in the past, the charges were dismissed in the UEE’s Supreme Galactic Court. Since 2945, the heirs to Paragon Services have taken over, ensuring that their media presence is under better circumstances.
Thanks to their long-standing relationship with the UEE and good standing with corporations in the Stanton System, Paragon Services continues to thrive and provide valuable services to their clients.

Charter
Keef Dough had always known that he wanted to follow in the footsteps of his great-great-grandfather, Knox Dough, and continue the legacy of Paragon Services. As a child, Keef would listen to stories of his ancestor’s adventures and successes, dreaming of one day leading the company himself.
Growing up, Keef immersed himself in business and management studies, learning everything he could about how to run a successful organization. He also gained valuable experience working in various departments within Paragon Services, from operations to finance to marketing, learning the ins and outs of the company.
When Keef’s father, the former CEO, passed away, it was clear that Keef was the natural successor to the position. Despite some initial skepticism from other executives due to his age and relative lack of experience, Keef quickly proved himself to be a capable leader, implementing new strategies and technologies to keep Paragon Services at the forefront of the industry.
Throughout his tenure as CEO, Keef has remained committed to upholding the values that his great-great-grandfather and the company were founded on: a dedication to excellence, a focus on innovation, and a commitment to the safety and satisfaction of their clients. Under his leadership, Paragon Services has continued to grow and expand, becoming a trusted partner to organizations throughout the galaxy.
Joe Vitz always had an eye for numbers, ever since he was a child. He would spend hours counting and organizing his toys, and eventually, his parents noticed his natural aptitude for mathematics. They encouraged him to pursue a career in finance, and so Joe did.
After graduating from university with a degree in finance, Joe landed a job at a major financial institution in the Stanton system. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning a reputation as one of the brightest young financial minds in the business.
One day, Joe received a call from his long-time friend, Keef Dough, the CEO of Paragon Services. Keef explained that he was in need of a new Chief Financial Officer, and he thought Joe would be the perfect fit for the job. Joe was hesitant at first, but he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work for a company that had such a storied history.
Joe joined Paragon Services and quickly made his presence felt. He streamlined the company’s financial operations, identifying areas where they could save money and invest in new technologies. Joe was a stickler for detail, and he made sure that every financial transaction was accounted for and recorded accurately.
Over time, Joe learned the ins and outs of the intergalactic business world, and he gained a deep understanding of the various economic forces that shaped the galaxy. He realized that the key to Paragon Services’ success was not just their ability to execute missions flawlessly, but also their ability to navigate the complex financial landscape of the galaxy.
Today, Joe Vitz is the Chief Financial Officer of Paragon Services, and he continues to use his expertise to help guide the company toward even greater success. He’s learned that financial success is not just about numbers, but about strategy, innovation, and staying ahead of the competition.
Mickael Flare, the current marketing director of Paragon Services, grew up listening to his grandfather’s stories about the early days of the company. His great-great-grandfather, Paul Flare, was one of the early investors who helped the company gain traction in the Stanton system.
Mickael was always fascinated by his great-great-grandfather’s stories and dreamed of working for Paragon Services one day. He knew he had big shoes to fill, but he was determined to make his own mark in the company.
After graduating from university with a degree in marketing, Mickael applied for a job at Paragon Services. He started out in a junior marketing position, working hard and soaking up all the knowledge he could from his colleagues.
Over the years, Mickael proved himself to be a talented and hardworking member of the team. He consistently delivered innovative and effective marketing campaigns that helped to increase the company’s profile and bring in new clients.
When the previous marketing director retired, Mickael was the obvious choice to take over the role. He was thrilled to step into his ancestor’s shoes and continue the legacy of Paragon Services.
Along the way, Mickael learned the importance of hard work, perseverance, and creative thinking. He also learned the value of listening to others and collaborating as a team to achieve shared goals. Today, he is proud to be a part of Paragon Services and is committed to helping the company grow and succeed for years to come.
