Perseus Enterprise / PERSESENT

Perses Ent. is a semi-serious Org. that focuses on trading. Our goal is to have players that are committed to a group and idea dealing with free trade and fun. We are separated into two sections a security wing and commercial trading. Our enterprise is open and welcoming to new players. We plan on both you and us to make a name for ourselves and know throughout the verse. New players will be able to tag along with other members in the org. Those that do, get a chance to learn mechanics, play with ships, and more together. Serious fun is our goal!

• While In Perses Enterprise’s our members are expected to act with the utmost professionalism in game and any community channels. Respect, humility and honesty are all of the utmost importance and are the core tenants that our members must hold themselves to.
• While In Perses Enterprise’s you are expected to respect ALL members of the Enterprise. Even if the person is a lower Position or under a different Chain of Command than yourself.
• Harassment towards fellow Enterprise members or usage of derogatory terms is strictly prohibited from the Enterprise, inappropriate conduct towards another member will be met with disciplinary action that may result in Termination from the Enterprise Immediately.
• Perses Enterprise’s members are expected to utilize the Chain of Command and are to direct questions and concerns to the next step up in the Chain of Command, if they cannot answer the question, they will refer you to the next person in the Chain of Command
• Members of Perses Enterprise’s are Very Highly Discouraged from Participating in other organization’s Activities. This kind of activity may result in demotion or termination from the enterprise immediately, depending on circumstances.
• Any attempts to engage in unbecoming conduct such as bribery, blackmail or coercion with another member of the Perses Enterprise’s may result in demotion or dishonorable discharge from the unit immediately.
• Postition within Perses Enterprise’s are earned through dedication, activity, and merit within the Enterprise
