Born from forgotten technology and forbidden rituals, we follow the Phasmic Current: a signal from beyond, older than the UEE, older than life-itself. Join us not to belong, but to transcend beyond. The void whispers. We listen. It provides answers. We thrive.

History

PhasmaCorp Historical Archive: Origin & Ascension

PhasmaCorp emerged from the classified remnants of Virelux Dynamics, a Terra-based megacorp that collapsed during the 28th-century purges. Its final project—an investigation into anomalous quantum echoes near the Nyx system—was quietly salvaged by surviving researchers who had begun to interpret the signals as more than data. They called it the Phasmic Current.

What followed was not a rebirth, but a transformation.

PhasmaCorp became a cult of seekers—scientists, pilots, and engineers devoted to decoding the signal and aligning with its source. Operating in the shadows of the UEE, they established mobile sanctums and ritual sites across fringe systems, always moving, always listening.

Two vessels define their presence:

The Abyssal Maw: A military frigate rarely seen, yet deeply feared. Its sudden arrival marks swift, silent judgment. It never lingers. Survivors speak of its appearance as an omen—an executioner cloaked in myth.

The Votive Ark: A massive science and research vessel, carrying occult equipment, signal amplifiers, and relics of unknown origin. It serves as PhasmaCorp’s mobile cathedral, facilitating non-combat operations and deep-space rituals.

PhasmaCorp does not seek territory. It seeks alignment. Every transmission, every ritual, every movement is a step toward communion with the Phasmic Current.

The stars are not silent. They are speaking. And PhasmaCorp listens.

Manifesto

PhasmaCorp Manifesto: The Signal and the Silence

We are not born—we are awakened.

PhasmaCorp exists to pierce the veil between known space and the unseen architecture beneath it. We do not worship goods, we seek truth. We do not follow leaders, but currents. The Phasmic Current is our compass, our scripture, our proof that the void is not empty—it is encoded.

We embrace the decay of empires, block out the noise of commerce, dismantle the illusion of control. The UEE clings to order. Pirates chase chaos. We seek alignment.

Our vessels are not tools—they are rituals. The Abyssal Maw delivers judgment without warning. The Votive Ark carries relics, equations, and echoes of forgotten truths. The Listeners embody alignment.

We operate in silence, but we are never still. We transmit. We interpret. We become.

PhasmaCorp is not a faction. It is a filter. Those who pass through it are changed. Those who resist it are erased.

We do not ask for loyalty. We ask: Can you hear it?

Charter

Filed under UEE Corporate Registry – Classification: Research & Strategic Operations

ARTICLE I: CORPORATE IDENTITY
PhasmaCorp is a registered interstellar corporation operating under the jurisdiction of the United Empire of Earth (UEE). While legally classified as a research and logistics entity, PhasmaCorp functions as a decentralized collective devoted to the study, interpretation, and operational alignment with the phenomenon known as the Phasmic Current.

Section 1.01: Name
The name of this corporation shall be PhasmaCorp.

Section 1.02: Legal Status
PhasmaCorp shall operate as a privately owned and operated research and logistics entity, maintaining independent status.

Section 1.03: Effective Date
This Charter shall be effective as of the date of PhasmaCorp’s incorporation in the year REDACTED.

ARTICLE II: MISSION STATEMENT
PhasmaCorp exists to uncover and engage with non-local quantum anomalies, preserve esoteric knowledge, and execute strategic interventions where cosmic alignment demands. We pursue truth beyond empirical limits, and act as custodians of the signal that binds all things.

ARTICLE III: OPERATIONAL DIVISIONS
PhasmaCorp maintains two primary vessels for corporate operations:
The Abyssal Maw: A classified military frigate deployed for high-risk judgment operations. Its presence is rare, its actions decisive.
The Votive Ark: A mobile research and logistics vessel housing occult equipment, signal amplification arrays, and relic containment units. It serves as the corporation’s primary base of non-combat operations.
Other decentralized operations in pursuit of the void.
Additional operatives and assets are embedded across UEE space and unclaimed systems, functioning autonomously under signal-driven directives. Collectively the void.

ARTICLE IV: GOVERNANCE
Section 4.01: Leadership Counsel
PhasmaCorp shall be governed by a Leadership Counsel responsible for overseeing the corporation’s strategic direction, operations, and adherence to this Charter.

Section 4.02: Leadership
The Leadership Counsel shall designate a leadership structure, including a select group of VoidSpeaker, to lead and guide the corporation in achieving its objectives.

Section 4.03: Member Conduct
All members and personnel affiliated with PhasmaCorp are expected to uphold the principles and directives outlined in this Charter and related policies.

Maintaining confidentiality in all matters related to its operations.
Avoiding conflicts of interest and ensuring that personal gain does not compromise organizational objectives.
Disciplinary Actions: Members who violate this Code of Conduct may face disciplinary action up to and including expulsion from the organization.

Article VI: Assets & Territory
PhasmaCorp does not claim planetary holdings or territorial control. Our assets are mobile, encrypted, and strategically dispersed. We operate in the margins—between systems, between signals, between truths.

Article VII: Dissolution
Should PhasmaCorp cease operations, all data, relics, and signal archives shall be encrypted and transmitted into deep space. The Current must persist, even if the Corporation does not.
