Once, the cosmos brimmed with the effervescence of Picos, elusive entities believed to hold secrets of the universe’s ancient tapestry. Legends whispered of their mystical essence scattered across the stars, awaiting the bold to unveil their mysteries. Yet, as the ages rolled, the Picos were forgotten, their tales dissolved into the cosmic silence, until destiny stirred the hearts of a daring few.
In the epoch of 2945, amidst the turbulent currents of interstellar geopolitics and the shadow of Vanduul raids looming over humanity, a fellowship of intrepid explorers and astrophysicists arose. They called themselves, “The Pico Hunters.” United by a shared vision and a desire to unveil the forgotten, they embarked upon a quest that would transcend the legends of old. With eyes cast toward the distant stars, they pledged to reclaim the lost Picos and solve the enigma that veiled them.
With every sunrise, the name of The Pico Hunters echoed further across the cosmos. Charter
Title: The Pico Hunters Charter
Preamble:
In recognition of the grand quest that beckons to us from the cosmic shadows, we, the members of The Pico Hunters, hereby enact and subscribe to this Charter, our guiding star amidst the boundless expanses. Our purpose is pure, our resolve unyielding, as we seek to unravel the veiled mysteries of the lost Picos and carve a legacy of exploration, understanding, and camaraderie amongst the stars.
Article I: Name and Emblem
1.1. The name of the organization shall be ‘The Pico Hunters’.
1.2. The emblem shall portray a stylized Pico encased in a starry wreath, embodying our quest amidst the cosmic vastness.
Article II: Objectives
2.1. To explore the uncharted territories, seek out and reclaim the lost Picos scattered across the galaxy.
2.2. To delve into the mysteries encircling the Picos and contribute to the broader understanding of the cosmic narrative.
2.3. To foster a community of like-minded explorers, united by curiosity, respect, and the unyielding spirit of adventure.
Article III: Membership
3.1. Membership shall be open to individuals across the UEE and beyond, who share the mission of unearthing the lost Picos.
3.2. Membership will be granted to any and all individuals who presents a Pico Ball to the Council of Navigators, a symbolic gesture of their dedication to our grand quest.
3.3. Members are expected to uphold the values of camaraderie, respect, and a relentless pursuit of knowledge and exploration.
Article IV: Governance
4.1. The Council of Navigators, elected from among the members, shall steer the course of The Pico Hunters, ensuring adherence to this Charter and propelling the mission forward.
4.2. Sub-committees may be formed to oversee specific expeditions, research projects, and other endeavors aligning with the organization’s objectives.
Article V: Expeditions
5.1. Expeditions shall be organized to explore, discover, and recover the Picos, adhering to a code of integrity, respect for alien cultures, and the broader quest for knowledge.
