History

Pioneer Research and Development was founded by Logic and Chicken following the 2954 CitizenCon.
The two founders designed this organization anticipating the announced crafting, base-building, manufacturing, and trading

The founders’ vision encompassed an interstellar trade organization specializing in colonizing the unknown, establishing manufacturing bases, producing quality products for various play styles, and defending company assets when necessary.

What is a Pioneer?

Noun:

One who opens up new areas of thought
One who ventures into the unknown
One who is typically among the first to become established.

Adjective:

Leading the way; trailblazing.
To venture into (an area) or prepare (a way).

Manifesto

Pioneer Research and Engineering dedicates itself to Research and Development, Quality Production, and Asset Protection. We strive to set the bar and further the human race for the good of all.

Our company has three branches, each representing our three dedications.

Research and Development (R&D):

Pioneer’s Research team studies current solutions to everyday challenges and strives to improve upon these solutions.

Pioneer’s Development team aims at finding future solutions for modern problems.

The Research and Development Divisions work together seamlessly together.

Quality Assurance (QA):

Pioneer’s Quality Assurance division ensures that every product we produce is a step above our competitors, aiming for quality over quantity.

Material quality and assembly quality are always our highest priority.

Because quality is at the forefront of our manufacturing decisions, we will not allow our products to become needlessly expensive.

We aim to further the human race, so our products will always be competitive.

Asset Protection (AP):

Pioneer’s Asset Protection has several goals in mind.
- Regular Training: Security teams train regularly, ensuring that any threat they face is handled efficiently and effectively.
- Greater Reaction: Any threat will be met with an even greater response to return company supply chains to acceptable levels.

Pirates, be it a small-time desperado or a competitor seeking to damage our market share, are out there.

Any disruption to our supply chain directly insults us, our customers, and the human race.
