Section 1: Name
The name of this organization shall be the Plushy Reapers Organization (PRO).

Section 2: Purpose
The purpose of the Plushy Reapers Organization is to create a community of Star Citizen players who share a passion for plushies, collecting, and plushy-based science and experimentation. PRO aims to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where members can explore the game universe, engage in collaborative activities, and pursue their plushy-related interests.

Article II: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
Membership in PRO is open to all Star Citizen players who align with the organization’s values and demonstrate a genuine interest in plushy-themed activities.

Section 2: Rights and Responsibilities
a) All members have the right to participate in PRO events, training sessions, and activities.
b) Members are expected to uphold the principles of respect, inclusivity, and support towards their fellow members.
c) Each member is responsible for following the organization’s rules and regulations as outlined in this constitution.
d) Members are encouraged to contribute their ideas, suggestions, and expertise to enhance the organization’s operations.

Article III: Organization Structure

Section 1: Leadership
a) The Plushy Reapers Organization shall be led by a Leadership Council consisting of experienced and dedicated members.
b) The Leadership Council shall oversee the organization’s activities, make important decisions, and ensure the smooth functioning of PRO.

Section 2: Taskforces and Committees
a) Taskforces and committees may be established within PRO to focus on specific areas of plushy-based science, collecting, or experimentation.
b) Taskforce leaders and committee heads shall be appointed by the Leadership Council based on their expertise and commitment.

Article IV: Code of Conduct

Section 1: Behavior
a) All members shall conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner, both within the organization and in interactions with other players.
b) Discrimination, hate speech, and any form of harassment will not be tolerated within PRO.
c) Members are encouraged to engage in fair gameplay and display good sportsmanship during in-game activities.

Section 2: Collaboration
a) Members are expected to collaborate and support one another in pursuing plushy-themed goals and activities.
b) Constructive feedback, guidance, and assistance should be offered to fellow members whenever possible.

Article V: Activities and Events

Section 1: Participation
a) Members are encouraged to actively participate in PRO activities, events, and training sessions.
b) Attendance and engagement in scheduled events will contribute to the growth and development of PRO.

Section 2: Taskforce Commitments
a) Members involved in specific taskforces are expected to fulfill their commitments, attend training sessions, and actively contribute to the success of the taskforce.
b) Taskforce leaders shall provide guidance, organize events, and ensure effective communication within their respective teams.

Article VI: Amendments

Section 1: Proposal
Amendments to this constitution may be proposed by any PRO member.

Section 2: Approval
a) Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing and reviewed by the Leadership Council.
b) Amendments shall be approved by a majority vote of the Leadership Council.
c) Approved amendments shall be recorded and communicated to all PRO members.

Article VII: Dissolution

In the event of PRO’s dissolution, all remaining assets and resources shall be distributed equitably among the active members or donated to a charitable organization, as determined by the Leadership Council.

This constitution shall be considered a living document and subject to amendments as necessary to ensure the continuous growth and improvement of the Plushy Reapers Organization.
