PNS INDUSTRIES
A Brief and Questionable History
PNS Industries did not begin with a grand vision, a corporate charter, or a five-year plan.
It began when three borderline unhinged individuals — now known only as the boss men — looked at a malfunctioning cargo terminal, an underinsured ship, and a very bad contract and said:
“Yeah, we can make this worse.”
What started as a small group of pilots hauling freight through routes marked “high risk” and “actively on fire” quickly evolved into something more organized. Not because it was planned — but because chaos scales faster when you give it structure.
Early operations consisted of:
hauling cargo that no one else wanted,
salvaging wrecks that were technically still warm,
and defending shipments using the ancient tactical doctrine of
“shoot first, ask the insurance company later.”
As contracts grew more dangerous, so did the crew.
Miners demanded escorts.
Salvagers needed perimeter security.
Convoys started attracting attention — the wrong kind.
Rather than stop, PNS Industries did what it does best.
It armed up.
Today, PNS Industries operates across planetary, orbital, and interstellar space, conducting mining, salvage, hauling, security, ASD clearing, and bounty operations — often simultaneously and usually under questionable circumstances.
Officially, we are an industrial company.
Unofficially, we are what happens when working-class spacers decide survival is easier together than alone.
Manifesto
THE PNS INDUSTRIES MANIFESTO
We believe in work.
Not the clean kind.
The real kind.
The kind done in vacuum, under fire, with alarms screaming and cargo timers ticking down.
We believe every ship should be armed — even the ones hauling scrap.
Especially the ones hauling scrap.
We believe that if the job looks safe, it probably doesn’t pay enough.
We do not seek glory.
We do not seek fame.
We seek functioning thrusters, paid contracts, and the satisfaction of surviving something we absolutely should not have.
We believe professionalism is knowing what you’re doing —
and humor is how you cope afterward.
We believe no one flies alone unless they choose to.
And if they do, we’ll probably still escort them anyway.
We are not heroes.
We are not pirates.
We are not a military.
We are an industry that learned early:
If you want to keep your cargo,
you bring your own guns.
Charter
PNS INDUSTRIES — OPERATIONAL CHARTER
1. PURPOSE
PNS Industries exists to conduct industrial operations in hostile or contested environments through coordinated hauling, mining, salvage, and armed support.
If it moves cargo, extracts resources, recovers wrecks, or involves someone shooting at us — it qualifies.
2. STRUCTURE
Leadership is simple, because complexity gets people killed.
Boss Man
Final authority. Makes decisions. Pushes buttons. Sometimes the wrong ones.
Violence Coordinator
Oversees operations, combat planning, and escalation management
(escalation is assumed).
People Acquisition Goblin
Responsible for recruiting new crew members, onboarding, and explaining what they just agreed to.
Propaganda Wizard
Controls messaging, morale, memes, recruitment posts, and the public illusion that we know what we’re doing.
3. OPERATIONS
PNS Industries conducts the following:
Mining operations with armed overwatch
Salvage operations in unstable or hostile zones
Planetary and interstellar hauling
Convoy escort and security
ASD clearing and site control
Ship-to-ship combat
FPS boarding and ground operations
Bounty and enforcement contracts
If the job requires both cargo space and weapons, it’s probably ours.
4. CODE OF THE CREW
Don’t grief the crew.
Don’t abandon contracts without calling it.
Don’t fire on friendlies unless it’s genuinely funny and approved in advance.
If someone’s ship is down, we get them home.
If someone’s stuck, we go back for them.
If things go sideways, we laugh later — not during.
Mistakes happen.
Learning is mandatory.
5. FINAL STATEMENT
PNS Industries is not built on perfection.
It is built on persistence.
We don’t promise safety.
We don’t promise easy money.
We promise that if everything goes wrong —
you won’t be alone when it does.
