At ‘Project Ostara Independant Explorers,’ we hold these founding principles close to our hearts:

We uphold the principles of equality, egalitarianism, and respect for all members, regardless of their background or identity.

2. Community Building: We prioritize the building of a close-knit community that supports and uplifts one another. We strive to create a safe space where all voices are heard, and all members are encouraged to actively participate in discussions.
Section 2: Our Commitment to Respect

We extend our commitment to respect not only within our organization but also when interacting with others across the vast cosmos of Star Citizen:
3. Diplomatic Conduct: When engaging with individuals and groups beyond our organization, maintain a diplomatic and respectful demeanor. Uphold the values of equality and egalitarianism that we hold dear.

4. Sensitivity in Discourse: Extend our practice of respecting emotional well-being to interactions outside our ranks. Employ content warnings and spoilers when discussing sensitive topics, ensuring that our conversations remain considerate and welcoming.

5. Privacy and Trust: Recognize that respecting the privacy of others is a fundamental principle. Never share personal information or disclose sensitive details about anyone without their explicit consent, reinforcing trust and discretion in our interactions with the wider community.
In this way, ‘Project Ostara Independant Explorers’ not only represents our values but also acts as a beacon of respect and courtesy when we interact with other players and organizations across the cosmos.

As representatives of ‘Project Ostara Independant Explorers,’ we extend our commitment to fostering positive interactions when engaging with the wider Star Citizen universe:
6. Community Safety: We do not support or encourage actions that could attract the attention of hate groups or endanger the well-being of marginalized members within the larger Star Citizen community. We recognize the unique risks associated with public platforms and prioritize the safety and welfare of all members, both within and beyond our organization.

7. Respectful Communication: Members are strongly encouraged to maintain a respectful tone in their interactions. Unsolicited direct messages without prior consent are considered a form of harassment, except in cases where designated moderators send such messages for the sole purpose of upholding community standards.

In this manner, ‘Project Ostara Independant Explorers’ stands as a beacon of safety, positivity, and respectful engagement within the diverse and expansive cosmos of Star Citizen.

Section 4: The Path Forward

8. Guardians and Admin: Guardians and above hold unique roles in maintaining community standards, but they also uphold the same principles of respect and equality. Their primary functions are to ensure that the community remains a safe and inclusive space for all members while maintaining and directing POIX on various levels.

At ‘Project Ostara Independant Explorers,’ we commit ourselves to fostering an environment where our shared interests, community building, and inclusive discussions create a space for meaningful change within the Star Citizen universe and beyond.
