Still not convinced? Hrm… Perhaps we should try a tad bit harder!
Phoenix of War has been around since the days of Halo 2, and we’ve been playing games as a community ever since our founding. The basis of our community lies upon our motto “For Gamers, by Gamers!” and through it we strive to be the most open community for everyone, yet still provide plenty of room for skilled players by having segments for those who are only casual players, to people who are the hardest of the hardcore.
We’re organized, scheduling events as often as we can to keep our members active within our ranks, with incentive systems in place so that even when we’re not doing anything you can still be advancing within our roster; either through bettering your stats alongside other members, attending our events, being active within the community, or by bringing on your friends to join our community.
We don’t ask you to waste your money to change your screen name, we don’t force you to attend events if you don’t want to, and we won’t threaten you if you’re busy like many other clans do; However this does not mean that being completely inactive is acceptable, which is why we regularly go through the entire roster of members, no matter how many there may be, and systematically make sure that we have an entire community of members within our standards, who are active enough to be a part of it.
We do as much as possible to keep our members active, from making sure their leaders are willing to do what it takes to make sure their members are satisfied within our community, to setting up events such as tournaments, give-away’s, battles, skirmishes, and more. When we’re not busy running events we’re making sure we’re still active with game nights, training, practice, open lobbies, etc.

ETA : TBD
Below is the entirety of Phoenix of War’s Rules & Regulations. All new officers are required to follow them strictly, and enforce them as such; this is to ensure that all members follow the Rules & Regulations, and that the community remains professional, and well mannered. Every member should understand the Rules & Regulations of Phoenix of War, or it could lead to their expulsion from the community.
Golden Rules:
1.) Members do not participate in the belittling of others a.k.a. trash talking.
2.) Members are respectful of all other members and guests.
3.) Members do not cheat, mod, or hack.

11.) Members maintain a professional manner whilst playing.
Regulations:
Cheating/Modding
Cheating is seen as taking any action to gain an advantage in the game outside of strategy or skill, via standby, glitching, hacking etc. This is not only cause for expulsion from Phoenix of War, but could also lead to a permanent ban from Xbox Live. Glitching is the use of in game “bugs” to give yourself, or your team, an unfair advantage in any game type. If at any time you are accused of cheating, modding, or hacking you and your games will be reviewed, and if the conclusion is that you were indeed cheating, you will be immediately banned from the clan without any possible chance of reentry. If you are in a matchmaking game and the other team cheats, do not yell or curse, simply let the game end, and leave cheating feedback on the cheaters, do not retaliate through the use of foul language, that’s not what we’re here for!
Overall Clan Conduct
Practice times are clearly defined by the leaders and should be followed unless a situation arises that conflicts with the practice time. If this is the case, the affected person should contact a leader and inform them of the reason that they will be forced to miss clan practice. If the affected person does not contact a leader they will be considered a “No Call-No Show”. Three “No Call-No Shows” in a month will result in suspension, and possible departure from the clan. It is expected and required that all available members attend clan practices unless otherwise cleared or noted by a leader. Members must be civil to each other, and to those that are outside of our community at all times. If two members are in conflict with one another they are to discuss, in private, the issues and work together toward a resolution. If no resolution is found they need to bring a leader in to mediate the situation, and, while remaining calm, have the leader help them come to an agreement as to what should be done.
Matches
A scrimmage match with another clan, or another company/platoon, can only be arranged by someone that is in the position of Company Leader or above. If a challenge comes to a lower ranking member, the member may inform an officer of the challenge, and the leaders will handle the challenge accordingly. Everyone is allowed to participate in clan matches, but are not required to. When participating in matches, members will remain highly professional and respectful of the other members and clans. All rules previously posted will still be followed, and the consequences will be handled according to the discrepancy. The organizer of the clan match will coordinate the times, maps, and game types to be played. The Coordinating Officer will also set up practices and meetings with all of the members including backups in regards to the clan match. All clan matches should be played after the entire group is properly warmed up, and the team has had time to practice together and go over strategy, with at least 1 week of training and practice.
Sponsorship
When sponsorship into a Halo Championship Division becomes available it will only be offered to the most elite in our ranks. The level of “elite” is based on skill, attitude, dedication, professionalism and admiration, and not based on any of the matchmaking levels that you have attained. The very few members that do possess enough of these traits and qualities will be considered for sponsorship, and will then have to play matches against the other members that have reached this “elite” status. Everyone should aspire to reach this level, and there is no reason that everyone should not get a sponsorship!
