Fleet Director

The Fleet Director defines vision, establishes strategic objectives, and represents the organization externally.
The Fleet Director does not conduct routine operational command.

High Command

High Command converts strategic guidance into operational reality and oversees day-to-day execution.

Campaign planning

Inter-org coordination

Force employment

Organizational readiness

Branch Commands

Each branch generates and sustains operational capability in its domain.

V. Membership

Members of Parallax Meridian are expected to:

Act with professionalism and respect

Operate as part of a coordinated team

Maintain readiness in their chosen role

Contribute to the success of the mission and the organization

Merit, performance, and initiative form the basis for advancement.

VI. Command and Authority

Strategic authority resides with the Fleet Director

Operational authority is delegated through High Command

Tactical authority is exercised by designated mission commanders

This ensures clarity of command while preserving flexibility in execution.

VII. Operational Doctrine

Parallax Meridian conducts:

Industrial operations to generate economic strength

Logistical operations to enable reach and endurance

Combat operations to secure objectives and project power

All operations are planned, briefed, and executed in a coordinated manner.
