The Charter of Project Ascendancy

We, the members of Project Ascendancy, in the year 2954, hereby proclaim this charter as the foundation of our purpose, principles, and aspirations. Brought together under the visionary leadership of the First Grand Ascendant, IBLAKExI, we stand united in our shared pursuit of progress, exploration, and dominion among the stars. From the untamed frontiers of the Pyro Expansion to the farthest reaches of the galaxy, we vow to build a legacy of ambition, unity, and discovery.

Article I: Vision and Purpose

Project Ascendancy exists to foster unity, progression, and expansion across all domains of spacefaring life. Guided by a commitment to adaptability and excellence, we pledge to:

Article II: The Hierarchy of Ascendancy

To maintain order and facilitate growth, Project Ascendancy adopts a unified hierarchical structure that reflects merit, responsibility, and specialization.

Section 1: Ranks

Core Tiers

Initiate: Recruits undergoing orientation and basic training.
Cadet: Members who complete training and align with a division.

Operational Tiers

Operator: Qualified members performing core duties.
Specialist: Experts excelling in specific roles.
Lieutenant: Leaders of small teams or initiatives.

Command Tiers

Commander: Overseers of multi-team operations or fleet detachments.
Director: Senior leaders managing divisions, sectors, or priority projects.

Strategic Tiers

Admiral: Commanders of major campaigns, operations, or fleets.

Members may align themselves with one of the following specialized divisions, allowing for focus and expertise while contributing to the unified vision:

Article IV: Governance

1. The Ascendant Council, led by the Grand Ascendant, shall serve as the primary decision-making body, guiding the organization’s growth and vision.

2. Division leaders (Directors and above) are entrusted with strategic oversight and operational command within their respective branches.

3. Members are encouraged to provide input, ideas, and feedback through official channels, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
