Lazarus requires soldiers, pilots and crew willing to take on the dangerous tasks for the betterment of all. Whether it’s securing P.A.F sites, combat zones or blasting through hostile ships to secure air superiority, there is a role for everyone within Lazarus’s armed branch. Whether you’re new to the verse and want to improve, or have plenty of experience, all are welcome into the Org to work together, have fun and come out at the other end of the firefight victorious with cargo holds full of loot.

Industry

Lazarus doesn’t just survive with guns alone, it requires traders who can learn the market, make contacts and establish good trade relations with other players and Orgs to bring in valuable materials and credits to help maintain the org machine, but also to know when to make those sales, to shift key items obtained during the fighting or other trades and bring in credits as well.

Trade

Of course, neither of these are possible without the hard working crews of mining vessels and salvagers, who know what rocks will bring back the greatest treasure and what parts will benefit us the most as they scrap through the wrecks of battle. Crafters likewise are a valuable and ever sought after commodity, the blueprints they bring and the quality of them can be the difference between a good trade and an excellent one, a victorious dogfight or a ground operation working with the quality gear they need to outclass the other side.

• All members will behave respectfully and courteously. No abuse, no arguments and no drama will be tolerated in this organisation. We should be able to enjoy the game in a stress free environment.,

• Keep conversations light, we do not aim to solve the worlds issues in this discord. Avoid topics that are inflammatory. I will not list them, you know exactly what they are. We are not a debate forum so leave your world view at the door along with any foul language associated with certain world views.,

• Don’t be an ass, if you are toxic and or irritating you can and will be removed.,

• Assist the project. This should be mutually beneficial, when someone asks for help please answer the call. You may be the one who’s call goes unanswered next time.,

• Follow the structure, adhere to rank. We do not require you to address anyone formally, however the structure is there for a reason. If you would like to be in charge then make your self helpful and show dedication, being the loudest voice or overpowering conversation will simply result in us not hearing your voice anymore.,

• Use the correct channels. If you are just hanging out then use the lounge, do not join on op chats to talk about your day, it is extremely disruptive. Join the lounge and wait for others to join on you.,

• Accidents happen, but costing someone a days grind because you wanted to “have some fun” will not be tolerated. When you are on an operation please follow instructions from the leader of the operation, nothing kills motivation like dealing with an idiot the entire time you are trying to make money or gather resources.
