Promethean Recovery Group is an independent operations and logistics organization specializing in recovery, reconstruction, and long-term operations beyond stable space.
Promethean Recovery Group was founded on microTech, originating as a small, independent recovery and logistics effort supporting remote operations in harsh environments. Early work focused on asset recovery, field repairs, and long-range survey support where standard infrastructure proved unreliable.
As experience and capability grew, operations expanded outward beyond local contracts into multi-system deployments. The organization developed a reputation for persistence, self-sufficiency, and operating effectively with limited support — remaining on station long after others withdrew.
Today, Promethean Recovery Group functions as a long-horizon operations framework, capable of sustained recovery, reconstruction, and forward establishment in unstable or undeveloped systems, guided by a core leadership group forged through shared hardship and hard lessons learned in the field.
We operate where systems fail.
Promethean Recovery Group exists to recover what was abandoned, stabilize what was broken, and build where nothing remains. We believe endurance matters more than speed, preparation matters more than bravado, and coordination matters more than individual glory.
We do not chase spectacle. We do not rely on convenience. We plan for failure, redundancy, and long-term presence in environments that do not forgive mistakes.
Leadership is responsibility, not authority. Every asset, ship, and decision exists to support the mission and the people carrying it out. Titles matter less than trust, and trust is earned through consistency and action.
We are not defined by where we start, but by what we leave behind. When we depart a system, it should be safer, stronger, or more stable than when we arrived.
This is not a short-term operation. This is a framework built to last.
Purpose
Promethean Recovery Group exists to conduct recovery, logistics, reconstruction, and long-term operations in unstable, remote, or undeveloped environments. All actions taken under the organization’s banner must support operational sustainability, asset security, and mission success.
⸻
Operational Principles • Endurance over urgency — Missions are planned for longevity, not speed. • Preparation over improvisation — Redundancy and foresight are expected. • Coordination over ego — Team effectiveness outweighs individual performance. • Recovery before escalation — De-escalation and stabilization are preferred whenever possible.
⸻
Leadership & Authority • Strategic ownership is held by the organization’s founder. • Day-to-day operations are directed by the acting commander and designated officers. • Authority exists to support the mission, not to dominate members. • Leadership decisions prioritize crew safety, asset integrity, and long-term viability.
⸻
Membership Expectations
Members are expected to: • Operate professionally during organized activities • Follow mission plans and command direction during operations • Treat fellow members and affiliates with respect • Protect organizational assets and reputation
Membership is a responsibility, not a title.
⸻
Affiliates & Joint Operations
Promethean Recovery Group regularly operates alongside independent pilots and partner organizations. Affiliates are expected to respect operational command structures during joint missions and uphold the same standards of conduct while operating under PRG coordination.

Amendment
This charter may evolve as systems, technology, and operational scope expand. Changes will be made deliberately, with continuity and stability as guiding principles.
