Our Mission
We are a faith-based community of pilots dedicated to bringing light to the verse. Whether we are running freight across the Stanton system, pulling a fellow citizen out of a firefight, or charting unknown jump points, we operate with respect, loyalty, and a commitment to serving.

History

The Providence Syndicate didn’t begin in a gleaming corporate boardroom on ArcCorp or the wealthy estates of Crusader; it started in the grease-stained maintenance bays of remote refueling stations. The original founders were a tight-knit crew of technicians tasked with keeping the verse moving. They spent their early days troubleshooting faulty magnetic valve controllers, replacing burnt-out submersible fuel pumps, and patching up aging dispenser arrays at rest stops on the edge of nowhere. It was hard, honest work that built a foundation of blue-collar resilience. Their base of operations wasn’t a massive capital ship, but a single, heavily worn Drake Cutter Rambler—a rugged little vessel that served as a mobile workshop, a sanctuary, and a symbol of their humble beginnings.

Life on the fringes of the Stanton system is rarely forgiving. After witnessing countless independent haulers, miners, and stranded travelers exploited by ruthless mega-corporations or left adrift by opportunistic outlaws, this small crew recognized a desperate need for a different kind of fellowship. Bound by a shared, unshakable faith and a steadfast commitment to one another, they drafted a pact. They would use their technical expertise, their growing fleet, and their guiding principles to serve as a beacon of reliability. They formally established the Syndicate as a family first—a collective of spouses, parents, and friends who prioritized the safety and well-being of their people over the relentless, soul-crushing pursuit of UEC.

As the Syndicate grew, drawing in pilots from all walks of life, they adapted to the complex realities of the verse. They maintained their core mission of lawful industry, medical rescue, and deep-space hauling, fiercely protecting their reputation as a force for good. Yet, the founders, having survived the darkest, most desperate corners of space, understood that survival sometimes requires navigating the gray. This birthed their unspoken code: a quiet, pragmatic understanding that what a pilot does in the shadows to keep their ship flying and their family fed remains their own burden to bear. As long as those actions never bring harm to the innocent or retaliation to the Syndicate’s door, questions simply aren’t asked. Today, they stand as a unique force in a fractured system—mechanics, medics, and merchants flying together under a banner of faith, loyalty, and quiet discretion.se check back soon!

Manifesto

Our Mission

We are a faith-based community of pilots dedicated to bringing light to the verse. Whether we are running freight across the Stanton system, pulling a fellow citizen out of a firefight, or charting unknown jump points, we operate with respect, loyalty, and a commitment to serving our community.

Core Values

Family Over Fleet: Real life always comes first. We are spouses, parents, friends, and professionals before we are pilots, and we proudly welcome both men and women to our ranks. There are no mandatory login times, grinding quotas, or penalties for inactivity. If you need to step away in the middle of a quantum jump to take care of your real-world responsibilities, your place in this org is secure. Clean Communications: We maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and family-friendly environment on our Discord and in-game VOIP. Malicious toxic behavior and intentional griefing have absolutely no place in our hangars. Humble Service: We believe in helping others. From delivering local relief supplies in a trusty cargo hauler to staging full-scale org medical rescues, we use our ships to uplift the community and support pilots in need. Discretion in the Verse: As an organization, our joint operations focus primarily on industry, hauling, support, and defense. However, we recognize that the Stanton system operates in shades of gray. Regarding piracy or extralegal game loops, we maintain a strict “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. What you do on your own time is your business, provided it does not cross the line into griefing or bring unwanted retaliation upon the Syndicate.

Operations & Engagement

We do not demand perfection, just a willingness to fly together and build each other up. We welcome veterans and new citizens alike to share in the journey, pooling our resources to upgrade components, learn new game loops, and explore the verse as a unified crew.

Charter

The Providence Syndicate Charter

Article I: Purpose and Foundation

The Providence Syndicate is established as a faith-based, inclusive community dedicated to lawful industry, medical support, and mutual prosperity within the Stanton system and beyond. We operate on the principles of integrity, service to others, and the absolute understanding that the pilot behind the screen matters more than the pixels on it.

Article II: Membership and The Family-First Mandate

Real-Life Priority: The Syndicate recognizes that our members are spouses, parents, and professionals. Real-life obligations supersede all in-game activities. No Quotas: There are no mandatory login times, resource contributions, or event attendance requirements. Inclusivity: We actively welcome both men and women into our ranks. Every member is guaranteed a seat at the table and a voice in our hangars.

Article III: Code of Conduct and Communications

Clean Comms: All text and voice communications within our Discord and in-game channels must remain family-friendly. Profanity, toxic behavior, and harassment are strictly prohibited. Respectful Engagement: Members will treat all citizens of the verse—both inside and outside the org—with basic dignity. Malicious griefing, stream-sniping, or intentionally ruining the experience of others is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Article IV: Operational Directives and The Discretion Clause

Primary Operations: Official Syndicate operations are strictly focused on lawful hauling, mining, salvage, maintenance, and medical rescue.

The “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” Policy: The Syndicate recognizes the complex economic realities of the verse. Extralegal activities, smuggling, and piracy conducted by members on their own time are their own business.

Protection of the Syndicate: Members engaging in gray-area activities must operate with total discretion. No member may fly the Syndicate flag, use official org channels, or utilize pooled org assets while engaged in illicit activities. Any actions that draw retaliatory strikes or bounties upon the Syndicate will not be tolerated.

Article V: Resources and Fleet Management

Shared Prosperity: We believe in pooling our knowledge, credits, and components to uplift newer players and ensure every member has a spaceworthy vessel. Voluntary Contribution: There are no mandatory org taxes. Any UEC or resources donated to the Syndicate treasury or fleet are given voluntarily to fund joint operations, purchase heavy industrial ships, or supply relief missions.

Article VI: Conflict Resolution

Any disputes between members, or infractions of this charter, will be handled privately by the founding members. We are committed to resolving conflicts with grace, open communication, and a focus on restoration rather than immediate punishment, reserving dismissal only for severe or repeated violations of our core values.
