Article I: Purpose

The purpose of Nexus Dynamics is to provide the highest quality security and transportation services to businesses and individuals operating in the space industry, helping them to reach their full potential, minimize risks of loss, and achieve their goals.

Nexus Dynamics offers a specialized range of security and transportation services to businesses and individual clients, specifically including:

Security
- Protective escorts for our client’s valuable cargo
- Defense support contracts for research colonies, small facilities, and other regional defense
- Augmented military support for offensive contracts
- Mining protection services
- Support services includes light to medium fighter escort, up to and including full-scale carrier operations
- Tactical solutions and personnel for ground and gravity-based operations such as VIP escort or extraction services
- Rescue and recovery services for disabled assets and items

Transportation
- Asset Relocation/Parcel Courier for moving small but valuable items
- Freight Cargo Relocation for moving large amounts of resources
- Personnel Taxi, Chauffeur, & Vehicle Transfer for clients relocating in safety and style
- Convoy Services when looking to join a bigger herd with protection included

Article IV: Management

The management of Nexus Dynamics is responsible for the overall direction, guidance, and operation of the company. They are responsible for setting company policies, making strategic decisions, and ensuring that the company is run in accordance with its purpose and core values.

Management will select specialists to assist and support the operational ventures of the company on a volunteer basis and make use of the best skillset for each role to ensure success for the organization. Management will identify necessary specialists as needed for specific reasons as appropriate to ensure the growth and quality in performance are met as expected from our clients and our reputation.

Other than personal commitment, there is no obligation or responsibility required from members unless declared.

Article V: Amendments

This charter may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the management of Nexus Dynamics, provided that such amendments are consistent with the purpose and core values of the company.

Amendments may be suggested from the corporation members and considered faithfully and within reasonable time.
