The UEE Exploration Corps, Inc. is a distinguished exploration and scientific research entity specializing in delivering advanced and sophisticated deep space exploration services to both the UEE and private organizations across the ‘Verse. We are dedicated to providing exceptional services promptly and operate through the UEE Exploration Corps, Inc. Operations Request System, managing assignments on a first-come, first-served basis.
In our commitment to transparency, a prerequisite of 75% of all fees is mandatory before commencing any exploration or scientific assignment. Fees are meticulously calculated on a per-mission or per-assignment basis, factoring in considerations such as risk, distance, team size, required equipment, and legality. Our comprehensive services include pick-up and drop-off for all transport subjects or team members, ensuring a seamless journey from departure to destination. Additionally, we provide security details at no additional cost, available upon request at the onset of contractual engagement.
It is imperative to note that the UEE Exploration Corps, Inc. reserves the right to decline any assignment or exploration mission at our discretion, even after commencement. Our stringent company policy prohibits engagement in activities contrary to the Fair Chance Act (FCA), breaches of UEE security regulations, illegal goods and services trade, or involvement in the trafficking of humanoids, minors, endangered, dangerous, or prohibited lifeforms.
Throughout the duration of any contractual engagement, mission command remains under the purview of the UEE Exploration Corps, Inc. In the event of contractual disengagement or termination, all fees for services rendered, including the cost of returning to base, become immediately due. Whereas the authority to contract with funding sources is necessary for UEE EXPLORATION CORPS, INC. to engage in its operation,
It is hereby resolved that the Board of Directors of UEE EXPLORATION CORPS, INC. hereby authorizes Emir Zoltan, Board President, Captain, and Chief Executive Officer to act on behalf of UEE EXPLORATION CORPS, INC. to enter into an agreement with the UEE, and to sign for and perform any and all responsibilities related to such agreement.

It is hereby resolved that the Board of Directors of UEE EXPLORATION CORPS, INC. hereby grants Emir Zoltan, Board President, Captain, and Chief Executive Officer the authority to manage the business affairs of UEE EXPLORATION CORPS, INC. as he sees fit.
It is further resolved that UEE EXPLORATION CORPS, INC. shall operate and be known as eXplore.
