Law is not a suggestion. It is the foundation of civilization.

History

The United Systems Law Enforcement Command [USLEC] PU police department unit [PUPD] is a structured, principled force dedicated to the preservation of order, the eradication of criminal activity, and the defense of justice across the known universe. In an age where lawlessness festers in shadowed corners of every system, where pirates fly with impunity and syndicates exploit the vulnerable, the IJC stands unwavering — as judge, shield, and sword for the lawful.

We are not mercenaries, not bounty hunters for hire, and not vigilantes. We are peacekeepers sworn to uphold the laws of the United Empire of Earth and ensure the safety and dignity of all law-abiding citizens. Our work spans from routine patrols and ship inspections to deep-space interdiction of criminal networks and black market operations.

Our Philosophy:
Law is not a suggestion. It is the foundation of civilization.
In a universe without laws, power falls to the corrupt and brutal. We reject that vision. Criminals — smugglers, pirates, data thieves, slavers, and traffickers — are a disease spreading through the stars. They are not misunderstood; they are predators who willingly choose to undermine the safety and future of every honest being in the ‘verse.

We believe that upholding the law is not just a civic duty — it is the highest moral calling. We do not enforce rules for the sake of control, but for the sake of freedom through order. A free society cannot exist without security, and security cannot exist without accountability.

Objectives:
Enforce Galactic and UEE Law across Stanton and neighboring systems
Eradicate criminal presence in high- and low-traffic areas, especially near trade routes and civilian zones
Conduct security patrols, interdictions, and clean-up operations targeting known criminal hotspots
Collaborate with other lawful organizations and local authorities to exchange intel and maintain system-wide safety
Investigate criminal behavior, uncover smuggling operations, and bring hidden corruption to light
Detain and process hostile players or NPCs in accordance with the law — no abuse, no shortcuts

How We Operate:
Structured command hierarchy with specialist roles in patrol, investigation, intel, fleet coordination, and diplomacy
Non-lethal apprehension preferred, lethal force authorized only when lawful or in defense
Zero corruption tolerance — internal integrity is monitored as closely as external threats
Training programs for new recruits to ensure every member upholds our ethical and tactical standards
Case-based investigations and strategic deployments based on real intelligence, not guesswork
Whether you’re piloting a security vessel, flying escort for trade convoys, tracking illicit activity across comm arrays, or working in high-level investigations, every action at IJC contributes to the same noble cause: a safer, lawful ‘verse where crime has no sanctuary.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are recruiting law-abiding pilots, former UEE military, investigators, system monitors, and ethical-minded citizens who want to play a role in the fight for order. If you’ve ever looked at the lawlessness around you and thought, “Someone has to do something,” — that someone is you.

We don’t want gunslingers. We want guardians.
We don’t want renegades. We want responsibility.
If you can stand firm in the face of corruption, stay calm under pressure, and act with discipline in morally gray scenarios — you have a place with us.

Why Join USLEC.PUPD

Join the Interstellar Justice Commission. The ‘verse needs peacekeepers — not because it’s easy, but because it’s right.

Manifesto

*In a universe plagued by lawlessness and corruption, we stand firm.

We are not mercenaries or vigilantes. We are guardians of the law—upholding order so freedom can thrive.

Law is a covenant, not a choice. Without it, chaos reigns.

Order is the foundation of true freedom. Peace requires enforcement.

Justice is absolute. We hold ourselves to the laws we enforce—no corruption, no shortcuts.

Our mission is clear: patrol, investigate, and eliminate threats to lawful civilization.

If you act with honor, discipline, and resolve—even when it’s hard—you belong with us.

We are the shield against chaos. We are The United Systems Law Enforcement Command [USLEC] PU police department unit [PUPD].*
