History

Some say Pyrates has been along since Benjamin Hornigold established the first Pirate colony on New Providence island in the Caribbean over a millennia ago. What is certain however is that Pyrates share the same values as once established by the revered Captain.

——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Pyrates has always worked in the shadows and been a secret syndicate with no ruler. Being in the front line of many important events and wars throughout history. Never afraid of getting their hands dirty. During the Tevarin war, it was no different, with prominent members participating in the battle of Idris IV. Pyrates were there and helped Messer hold the hill and push back the Tevarin.

After the war, Pyrates helped promote Ivar Messer to prime citizen. Something Pyrates lived to regret, seeing that what followed was an era dominated with values not representative of the Pyrates. That was when the High Captain Kahn decided that it was time the Pyrates came out of the shadows, exposing themselves, becoming a voice against the cruelty and xenophobia, and the injustice in the new world we live in. He, together with like-minded Pyrates sat down and created the council, that continue serving today as the ruling force in Pyrates.

What once was established in the age of sail, is now expanding in the age of space. The Pyrates are here.

Manifesto

Being a Pyrate means living by the Pyrate code…

——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-

We are a non-exclusive organization, and aim to be present in a multitude of positions, in all the verse.

Our common goal is to have a safe haven in Nassau, our future collection of homesteads, where everyone is like-minded, and protects each other at all costs.

We distance our selves to all griefing, and otherwise disrespecting our fellow citizens in the verse. Although we hold ourselves to a high moral standard, we don’t ask questions when it comes to how you make your living.
