Berserker (Ground Infantry):

Management maintains a high level of transparency throughout the Org on most matters and input is greatly valued and appreciated from all members. Management are chosen based on their dedication to the Org/Battlegroup as well as their capability to lead and teach others interested in playing their associated role.
