Charter
RAHL Group is committed to maintaining a pleasant working environment for all staff. Full rules and regulations can be found in your employee handbook if you successfully apply to join us, however for the benefit of potential employees a subset can be found below:
- All rules and conditions imposed by CIG or RSI must be adhered to at all times.
- You have an obligation to uphold the values and standards of RAHL Group at all times, you should keep these in your mind during your interaction with others. In particular there is no place for any hatred directed at another person on the grounds of race, religion, sexual orientation or gender.
- You must obey all safety rules in force within your division – these are in place for your protection
- Some divisions have in place a corporate uniform – these standards must be adhered to when on Company business
- We have no issue with personal situations impinging on your time for corporate activity, and do not mandate activity levels or schedules. However if you have agreed to be somewhere at a certain time and cannot make it, letting your supervisor know at your earliest convenience would be appreciated.
- All Company information to which you’ve been entrusted is to be kept confidential.
