The Tears In Rain group was founded by Roy Batty around the Tannhauser Gate in 2018. When he died on Terra, two humans working in the off-world colonies for theWeyland-Yutani Corporation , Myst and Oz, took control of the band. Since then no one has heard of them, even the UEE.
