History
RCR Inc. started as a small group of friends who were tired of walking on eggshells. In a world that seemed to get more uptight and overly sensitive by the day, we wanted a place where we could actually relax, talk freely, and laugh without constantly worrying about offending someone.
Think old-school 2009 COD lobby energy — crude jokes, brutal honesty, and the kind of banter that doesn’t fly on most modern platforms anymore. We poke fun at the world’s nonsense because sometimes the best way to deal with the bullshit is to laugh at it. Nothing is really off-limits, but it’s all meant in good fun.
That said, we do have lines. If things cross into actually being hateful or someone’s just being a dick instead of joking around, we shut it down. We’re not here to be genuinely toxic — we’re here to blow off steam and enjoy each other’s company without the constant seriousness.
Our members include mil-sim players, veterans, government contractors, and solid people who can handle dark humor without losing their minds. If it goes boom or puts a warhead on a forehead, chances are someone in here has either built it, used it, or spent way too long arguing about it.
RCR leans right, values real camaraderie, and actually gives a damn about its members. We’re not a political movement or a therapy group — we’re just a crew that likes to joke around, talk shop, and have each other’s backs while doing it.

We haul cargo, run trade routes, slip behind enemy lines, and handle problems when they need handling. Whether it’s moving freight through contested space, gathering intel, or bringing the firepower when things get loud, we get the job done. We’re guns for hire when the price is right and loyal operators when it counts.
We play the game the way it should be played — with skill, a bit of chaos, and zero corporate filter. We value competence over feelings, results over drama, and good banter while we’re doing it. If you can fly, fight, or make money without needing a safe word, you’ll fit right in.
RCR is right-leaning and unapologetically direct. We respect veterans, mil-sim players, and anyone who can take a joke and still get shit done. We’re here to make credits, cause problems for the right people, and have a good time doing it.

Charter
1. Freedom of speech and dark humor are core to who we are. Crude jokes and banter are welcome, but genuine hate, targeted harassment, or real toxicity is not tolerated.
2. Loyalty and camaraderie come first. We look out for our own and expect members to have each other’s backs both in and out of game.
3. We value competence over feelings. Get the job done — whether that’s hauling cargo, running contracts, or handling problems. Results matter more than hurt feelings.
4.No unnecessary drama. If you have an issue with someone, handle it maturely or bring it to leadership. We’re here to play the game and have a good time, not deal with bullshit.
5.RCR is right-leaning and unapologetically direct. We respect veterans, mil-sim players, and people who can take a joke without crying about it. If that offends you, this crew probably isn’t for you.
