The Back-Alley Division is a corporation founded by a Diverse group of members that date back years of friendship. We operate by our modo’s Utraque unum “Together we are one” and A Bonis ad Meliora “From good to Better”.

Realicorp does not limit itself to just the above task and is available for a multitude of other missions/duties upon request. If you have the credits we make it happen. We back all of our missions and assignments with our “All or Nothing insurance” if the mission is not completed with satisfactory results we will forfiet all pay.

Corporate Ranks:
Board Members – Have earned the respect and right to have a vote in all corporate buisness. – Required to provide input and assist in all buisness operations.
Director – The director of Realicorp is to put the decisions of the board into action. – Oversees All operations in his/her assigned segment – Directors promotion is based on performance and success of assigned segment and will be voted on by the Board.
Manager – Assigned a Team and is responsible for the success and operations of that team. – Responsible for training any new team members assigned under their management. – Manager Promotions is based on the performance and success of the assigned team. The promotion from manager to Director requires a recomendation sent to the board from the assigned director. The board will conduct a interview and vote on the decision.
Senior – Proven and trusted members of Realicorp. – Seniors will mentor a junior employee – Seniors just require a special project and assignment under the directors mentorship to become a manager.
Middle – Have completed successful quality missions with Realicorp and understands the Realicorp rules and code of conduct. – Just needs to put in some time and be active to prove themselfs and build relationships within the corporation to get noticed and promoted. – May put in a request with the manager to take on additional company roles which will help create relationships.
Junior – Expected to learn the Realicorp code of conduct and Participate in training and operations with Mentor.
Corporate Roles:
Marketing – Advertise company services and recruitment messages.
Human Resorces – Responsible for policing member behavior to meet the code of conduct. Responsible for interviewing, Screening, and providing corprate policies to new members.
Executive – operates with corporate authority on assigned special assignments.
CEO – Reports Directly to the board. Oversees assigned Executive operations.
