Manifesto

Mankind is in a position of superiority within the known galaxy. While history records names and dates, deaths and decisions, a solid foundation of excellence was a prerequisite for everything significant. This foundation was and forever will be exploration and engineering.

Charter

Reciprocate Aggression (RECAGG) is a paramilitary organization that emphasizes the engineering of materials and the exploration of space. We protect our interests with strong shows of force when necessary.

Success

We are successful if RECAGG is:
  • producing advanced products for sale, trade, or resupply
  • establishing charts of new or underutilized sectors of space

Structure

RECAGG consists of five operational areas, divided between two focus levels, Alpha and Beta. Alpha-level focuses govern RECAGG’s criteria for success and are responsible for organizing the resources for facilitate our goals. Beta-level focuses involve all other activity within the RECAGG’s sphere of concern.

Each operational area is overseen by an appointed member of RECAGG. This appointment does not directly translate into rank, meaning a lower-ranking member could be in charge of managing an entire silo of responsibility..

Alpha: Exploration
Beta: Combat Ops (Bounty Hunting, Piracy, Security, Scouting)

Alpha: Engineering
Beta: Mercantile (Trading, Transport, Smuggling, Resources)

Beta servicing both Alpha focuses: Diplomacy (Freelancing, Social, Infiltration)

Creation

The initial formation of RECAGG was based upon the trust and lifelong experiences of the charter members: Delvanix, Starfire, Wunderbob, Hypid, Tanger, Josh W.

Continued growth of RECAGG will rely up a regiment of individuals that are good servants (but not subservient), high in integrity, value honesty, are excited about engineering and exploration, and willing to go the extra mile to preserve these attributes.

Organizational Activities

Processes

Operational changes that affect the entire organization, such as offering RECAGG resources to other organizations and obligation services to other organizations, are welcomed to be heard by all members in good standing.

While high-level changes, opportunities, and alliances can be proposed by (and are expected from) all associates of RECAGG, a quorum of all 5-star ranking members and all charter members are the final arbiters of all adjustments or new obligations that affect at least the majority of RECAGG members.

Finances

The process of and reasons for removing money from the organization bank are TBD.

Charter members are obligated to provide a retainer to bolster the organization balance sheet in the value of TBD.
