Red Eyed Crows are a mercenary group that keeps a low profile. We move swiftly as a team to achieve our objective, and then melt into the background. We are ready for any mission, anytime, anywhere. We mind our own business, unless someone makes their activities our business.

REC is a relaxed PvP Group that prides itself on thinking of its members as family. Here at REC, we have members from across the globe and have established our training times to value all our members’ times and experiences. Those on the receiving end of our members know that we bring the heat.

We are the Red-Eyed Crows: a mercenary org that works as a team in every task we undertake. We actively train together to improve our skill sets in each discipline, with each member choosing one or multiple disciplines to focus on. Combined, we are able to solve any problem and complete any task that comes our way. In between jobs, we enjoy relaxing with fun activities and a drink in hand.

A core tenet of the Red Eyed Crows is to support and develop our members. REC Officers work hard to create and provide meaningful and enjoyable PvP-focused training. Members will get as much out of REC as they put in, and excellence as a team comes from repeated practice with the team. To that effect, REC has minimum attendance requirements for active members. This is a game, not a job, so we understand that real life comes first. However we strongly encourage regular attendance not only because it’s more fun, but also because we all grow together. As a further incentive, those who invest their time in attending these trainings and improving their skills with the Org will be given priority for PvP events when participants are determined, particularly when there is a max allowable player count.

As an org, we stay out of wider Star Citizen community turmoil. We require our affiliates and members to have respectful interactions with other Citizens, unless provoked by hostility. We also avoid interjecting ourselves into conflicts between other people or orgs inside or outside the game. Despite this stance, when under contract, we do whatever is required to achieve success for our clients.

REC enforces a code of conduct that is focused on not being a dick. We treat everyone with respect, in-game or out, regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, skill level, etc. We do not tolerate toxicity among our members or affiliates.

The org is structured like a private military company and is not a democracy. However, we value input from members of all levels so that we are able to provide the best experience for all our org. Suggestions made by anyone will be considered for implementation.

The Red Eyed Crows are a dedicated yet relaxed mercenary group. Through our ethos and continued effort, we build a welcoming, supportive community that strives to be an effective, cohesive team. We take every op very seriously, but when we’re off-duty, we are laid back and have a good time.
